“I'm so sorry for this...

I'm not one to be posting reviews But, this time I honestly don't know what happened. I came into the store asking for help on some sale items and Cashier Bianca H. was extremely rude, unprofessional, and had very low attitude.
I come into this store ALL the time ( in fact, I was there that morning), and never once I've had to encounter this type of behavior. I was called weird, rude, and said I was yapping!. To the point where cashier Lizeth had to help me out (because Bianca, asked Lizeth to finish up the order). This is a day before Thanksgiving. I don't know if Bianca was just ready to bounce off work to start her holiday weekend or just too lazy to do her job.
It's not my fault sale items don't have an easy scanning barcode to punch in the items into the system. I understand, I'm not the person who's on the account, or is authorized to put in an order. I simply wanted a list of the items so I could then transfer over to our sales rep to put in the order for us and THEN later pick up. I understand store policies and all that, I get it. That's why I was NOT going to place an order!. I'm a calm understanding person, there was no need for this type of childish behavior. Ofcourse! my tone and attitude will reciprocate the same way back to you, why? because excuse me, but who are you! to speak to me that way? I was doing good.
I don't know what else to say other than ''Do better Bianca''.

“I just left the Home Depot. I was there to exchange my beloved Husky tools that broke on me. At the customer service desk, I got a little bit of hard time about the receipt for a lifetime warrantied tool however this worker Dave showed up and save the day with the even exchange. I was told to go to isle 21 to grab my tool and go back to the customer service desk. After several walk between the isles I decided to ask for help from the workers around but I was told it was out of stock without even them even looking. When I gave up and walking to exit, I seen this dude Dave and told him what happened. He decided to check the isles and found the item that I was eagerly want to exchange. BE LIKE DAVE.”

“Purchased a Husky rolling tool cabinet today. These are hard to find right now as the Christmas trees and decorations are taking up their usual space in store. I located the cabinet in Paramount, drove over and talked to Cecilia in Customer Service. She promptly found the cabinet in the garden area and got a driver to get it off the rack. I thought this whole process would take several hours. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. CECILIA is AMAZING....Thank you sooooo much!!”
