This company deserves no stars. Terrible customer service and horrific quality. The couch looks great when you first get it and in less than a few months, the seams started to split and the material is fraying. We selected a more expensive and durable material since we have dogs, just in case they get on the couch, although we try to keep them off. The store we purchased it from confirmed this was the best material. When we started having issues with the couch (tearing at the seams and fraying), the store owner contacted her rep at New Dimension. They didn’t want to help or fix the issue. Since the couch was new, they should have been more than willing to replace what was needed, instead they didn’t want to even replace the cushion covers that were tearing. The store owner had to fight and fight, plus we had to threaten to take it to another level to get any type of “customer service”. They replaced the cover after months of arguing and guess what...the other covers are continuing to tear and fray. The absolute worse furniture decision.
