We went to the store for U-Haul services and were helped by Abel and if I could give him 10 stars I would. He was more than helpful for a first time uhaul driver assisted with hooking up the tow dolly to the car even though it was not part of their services and even went the extra mile when we needed parking after the transaction due to unforeseen circumstances. Thank you Abel.

I cannot believe how this facility has changed overnight. This new woman Karla or Francis at the most discourteous people. No work ethics or common sense. The attitude they have is like "if you do not like it then go somewhere else"! I don't need your reply to my comment apologizing and excusing how this facility should be run. I don't. You know you're right. I don't need your nasty storage or u-hauls. I foresee your business declining.

Be careful, advertised size and actual size not the same. I wanted a 10X15. When I measured it. It came back around just below 9X13-1/2 feet.

I been a customer for over 10 years I went to the office and ask if there was any empty units to rent the new lady named Karla has no customer service at all seems like she docent know what she doing on the computer she made a face she reply there was nothing and we know there is empty units available but docent want to rent them out for unknown reason when Veronica was there never had an issue to rent units had the BEST customer service and was presentable in the office this lady docent even look clean or presentable at all docent even smile looks like she upset with the world or she hates her job pleaseee I hope you guys take a action or this lady Karla will make this company go broke

I usually rent a uhaul and storage here with Veronica and it's always pleasant transaction with her with a good attitude she's always welcoming and helpful. I don't understand this new lady Karla is like she doesn't want to be there she showed a bad attitude very rude and denied to rent a unit and a uhaul. Bad experience. Very disappointment going somewhere else.

I don't know where to start, first of all I called to get a 10X15 storage for my classic car. When I get to the unit. I measured it and it was 10X just under 14'. I go tell the lady that rented the unit to me. Her answer was we don't physically go measure the units. WHAT!!! Why advertise a unit as a 10X15 when it's not. Not to mention she didn't want to honor the first month for a $1 (dollar). But then honored it if I paid for the second month. I was prepared to pay for the unit so I did it. So I ask do you have anything larger close to the 10X15. Of course none available right. Buuuuut as I was about to back out the deal a 10X20 became available. But it was a kool $200 more than the 10X15 unit. WTF..... I took with the understanding that I'd be charged the same for the 10X15. But a day later they B.S.'ed and reneged on the deal. I'm fed up at this point with the whole experience. I call their corporate office and spoke with a higher up and got to the bottom of this sh**. My car stayed there for 2 months. When I moved in the whole compound was filthy. Trash everywhere, somebody had vomited outside of a unit. I was told by a guy that rats where out there. I didn't see any but I believe him. The lady that originally started my process was very rude and condescending. Talked to me like I was not even high school educated. But the lady from higher up I can't remember her name but was very nice and professional. Here's a few pics on my move in day. This is just on my row. Last pic was my unit. I wouldn't recommend this facility or would I use them again.

Their online website states "storage for vechile", however, when I called them, they said they do not permit vechiles inside. ? There is a discrepancy. Also, the facility is filthy, trash everywhere, vehicle's obstructing the path. This site is low cost but because the place is not well maintained.

They have a rat problem. When i moved my stuff out rat damage on everything. They made me sign something halfway through renting here that you cannot sue for damage. They also went up in rent twice in 3 months would not suggest. I left the dead rat found in my unit as you cannot throw trash away on the property.
