Stopped in today for my favorite manu item: Paleta de Nuez. A milk nut ice cream that was perfectly sweetened. They have all kinds of sweet & savory snacks here including biónicos, strawberries con crema, chips preparados, churros aka rines. Everything is good! I would suggest brining cash because they do charge .50 cents to use a card. We bought 4 items (picture) and it was $20 and change. Loved everything! Service is slow but you have to understand that there is only one person behind the counter so be patient.

I ordered 2 cups of Esquites and they both were bad. The corn that was being served was hard and inedible. It's unsettling to spend your money only for a place to serve old, heated corn to turn a profit. The couple that ran the place seemed to be nice and the place was very clean.

Best corn I have tasted since my trip to Mexico. This place is just amazing and the esquites will take you down memory lane to your childhood in Mexico. I have been looking for something like this for a long time and I can't believe I finally found traditional esquites. Small esquite is $5 and large is $7, also, if you are used to go to places where the corn is from a can and ask for no water because there's no flavor at all, DON'T do that here the broth itself is amazing and full of flavor. Location: Paramount & Rosecrans (Jack in the box plaza)

My husband drove 30 minutes to this location to buy agua de frutas and horchata and other items. When we tried the aguas they tasted bad like the milk was not good. This is the second time this happens the first time we went back and they refused to exchange it or give us a refund we decided to give it a second chance but I guess it was a bad idea. I have been trying to get in contact with them but the call just goes straight to voicemail.

I would like them to take more care in maintaining the equipment and cleaning the place. As well as the image of the people who serve. The hairstyle and appropriate clothing will make you look much more professional. You are not at home, remember that you are providing a service.I can't complain about the service and the taste, but it worries me to see these details in a place where I attend with minors.

The owner, an older man, of this paleteria was very aggressive and very rude. The employee who greeted us first was very friendly and had a very good attitude. Like any normal day we went for a horchata and an ice cream. When they provide the horchata it tasted like expired/old/bitter milk. My partner tried it and confirmed it to me. I let the owner know that it was out of the ordinary and if he would change it for a strawberry one. When I told him, I think he got offended and started raising his voice and started saying that he was a chef and that he never makes mistakes. I told him that it was fine, that he didn't have to change it, that he would only sell me a strawberry water and that even though I had already paid for it, he wasn't going to take me the horchata because it was bad. He continued to yell at me and became more aggressive and kept bothering me even though I told him several times that I could go to the other employee and that he didn't need to yell at me. He started talking bad about me to the client who followed me IN ADVANCE OF MY FACE. What a shame. They lost a loyal customer.

Place is clean, staff was friendly, and best of all the paletas are delicious. They even have zapote negro, which is pretty rare to find that specific flavor. Definitely a place to check out! There is a michoacana closer to my home but this will be my to go now even if it's 30 minutes or so away
