I tried to return some boots I ordered from Amazon because they had a few scratches. But when I called and send pictures. They told me only refund of $25 and buy a lottery ticket. Very disrespectful while the manager was laughing in the background. Do not buy.Reply : yeah telling me to buy another shoe with the 25 and laughing is very professional of y’all ? and then telling me it’s an inconvenience to return the product and that y’all probably weren’t going to return the money either way

I ordered some boots , unfortunately ,They ran big. I called to see what could be done for me to exchange them . They took care of the problem right away. Needless to say they made the process hassle free. Ill definetly be ordering again!!

BUYER BEWARE if ordering online. Absolute worst customer service. They sent me the wrong color boots. I sent them back and it took a lot of effort on my part to get a refund (5 emails and 2 voicemails) which took nearly 2 weeks. They did not refund me for the $25 cost of return shipping that I incurred due to their mistake. I contacted them 15 times via email and they did not respond to any of my emails. So, all this aggravation of doing business with Joe Boots cost me $25 and a big waste of my time. I recommend shopping elsewhere and save yourself the aggravation.

Very bad experience. Personal are soooo rude and unprofessional. Really bad quality boots leather are worst then a rock hard, they run 2 zise larger than the number you ask for. When you call to explain this and make a return they are soooo rude and they don't refund all your money. Horrible service ? ?
