Terrible experience, I give a single star. Why can't I give less? People are very educated. I don't know if they know anything about mechanics. I didn't want to find out, but there is absolutely nothing about values and education.

Talked to Juan and he was very kind and professional. He quoted me a price and I agreed to the job. This was a job that not even the dealership recommended or acknowledged that had to be done.
Can you believe it. Do not trust the dealers ever!

If you want car done right and fast this is the place you want to fix your hybrid. Drop my car off at 12 pm for an inverter replacement and it was done by 4pm

They will charge you $900 for a so called refurbished battery. How well the battery is done is questionable to say the least. I've had to come back multiple times within a year because the battery cells went out. Kept my vehicle for days without saying anything about what was going on. Terrible communication as far as what's actually going on with the battery. I seriously doubt they actually did any work my last visit. Just a call a few days later "I guess your car is ready". Give me a break! 4 months left on warranty and they literally didn't do anything. I'm out time and money and I've been coming here for a couple years. Last time. Pay a bit more somewhere else for a lifetime warranty

I've been coming to this place for about 2 years now. Danny knows Prius's. These guys know what they're doing! Reasonable prices, thorough service. I highly recommend this place to any Prius owner.

Great service, can be busy but definitely worth the wait. Where I do my oil changes and they are very knowledgeable with hybrids.

They do not deserve even one star , I was deceived by the high rate on google , I reconditioned my Camry hybrid battery there with guarantee of 3 months with a promise it will last longer , in two months I got the same problem back and instead of quick repair they kept the car for a week telling me they are working on it !!!!Service: Auto battery maintenance

Great service for my Prius. They installed a cat shield and shocks and struts for my car. Very good prices. Highly recommended.

$900 for a refurbished battery with a one year warranty isn’t bad and they had it ready the same day. I did have to go back shortly after because there was a bad cell but they took care of it.
