My assistant ordered a battery for our solar panels, the battery only held a charge for 4 months. When we contacted the company they were asking us to jump through a ton of hoops to get a replacement. So much for a year warranty!! Do not waste your time with this company.

Customer service is the best I have had from any business in some time, had to talk and text several times over a week with meter readings and different options to try, but constant communication from California to Florida with a Teck named Sohl could not have been better, I never failed to get and answer or reply back with a plan, I will buy from these folks again without giving it a thought, Thanks again for your help and patience.

I tried to call but there phones are always giving the "BUSY" tone. no matter what time i call, one day i tried 20 times during there open hours. STILL NOTHING. I was going to buy there products. but with service like this, think ill take my 25K to someone else...

Horrible customer service bought a complete system 3 months ago 3 months later still getting the runaround systems messed up you get called dumb instead of fixing it like hey I'm sorry you're having a problem let me correct this got you new ones in route again 3 months later still getting the runaround "we're waiting on the sun to test your panels" ? they don't care about you I highly recommend finding a more reputable company...they're not even going to give me all my money back yeah this is a horrible company really bad customer service...

Bought two pairs of batteries for my UPS devices. It's stated that they have a life of 3-5 years. In less than 2 years one of the pairs failed. The load was about the same with both UPS devices.I reached out to Expert Power to see if they could help out, and they said they could do nothing.I get there's a 1 year warranty, but the bats are supposed to last 3-5 years. At least gimme a promo code or something so I can buy a replacement set - the way they pro-rate car batteries at Costco, for example - but no, nothing.They took my money quite readily, delivered a substandard product of poor quality, and then didn't care to help out.I definitely won't be getting anything from them again.

Awesome customer service! George was knowledgeable and effectively guided me to the best system to suit my needs. In fact, they are the only solar power company that actual real person answered the phone.The shipment was sent promptly, and I can't wait to do the install. 5 star service all around!

This company used to be online as "Two-Way Radio World". I ordered an iComm battery from them July 23rd...still waiting. My card was charged immediately, a tracking number was sent to USPS, then it stopped. Numerous emails, dozens of phone calls, tons of complaints on the website got me nowhere. FINALLY, somebody posted their new address and phone number -- I called, and got a real human being. He was familiar with my order, and although at first I was thinking of actually getting the battery, after soooo much hassle I decided to go for the refund. We'll see what really happens. If I get my refund, I will update this review. Otherwise, I will be spending a lot of time online getting the word out to beware of this company. Keeping my fingers crossed!

I ordered and immediately paid for two 3800mAh batteries from Expert Computer International. They sent me two 1300mAh batteries instead. I kindly asked them to contact me, but they ignored me and immediately MODIFIED their closed auction listing on eBay to change the 3800mAh to 1300mAh. Fortunately, eBay tracked all the changes they made. I have filed a dispute with eBay, PayPal and next the US Post Office. They won't even call me to apologize or try to make it right! I don't understand why they are trying to cover their tracks instead of just emailing me back. I was very nice to them. Now I have no choice but to fight for my rights and a full refund. BEWARE OF FRAUD AND SCAMS!

I ordered two 12 volt batteries from these people and all I received was an empty envelope ripped open at the end and I was not refunded my $40 because the envelope was delivered there's something Shady going on with this company

I had a fantastic experience with this firm. I merely guessed at the battery I needed (made a careless mistake) and ordered an incorrect battery for my cordless drill without the drill in my possession (I was at work). I emailed Nick and Nicole and they were so very helpful. They explained how to return the incorrect battery and they would exchange it asap. I was obviously obligated to pay shipping to return the incorrect battery because of my mistake. At first, I thought I would also be charged to ship the correct one to me because of my mistake, but they covered that shipping expense!! They were very polite, expeditious and attentive to my needs even though I caused all the grief. I highly recommend this company and I will be buying additional batteries as I have many cordless tools etc. AAAAA
