Amazing service that I received today from Servando and Gustavo. Truly two of the nicest people I've ever worked with from a furniture vendor, and they went above and beyond to ensure that everything was set up and in a good place. Thank you all very much for your help!

I went to the Paramount outlet today and the store was closed. The sign on the door stated they were only allowing delivery pickup ie Amazon, UPS etx Pease update your website

Came here last week & had such a terrible experience. They only had one guy working there which was probably the issue. Came in saw what we wanted to buy which was a mattress and couch, we waited patiently after being told by the salesman he would help us after he assisted customers who were there before us. After 30 mins 2 more customers walk in & he immediately starts assisting them . He even started ringing up the couch we were ready to purchase for the other customers and even called someone to bring it out for them. We still waited patiently after a total of 1 hr being there we were never assisted and the salesman put us on the back burner at that point i was so upset and walked out without anything. If you're coming here don't expect great customer service, they didnt have a wide selection and there wasn't any clear info or tags on many of the items . So be prepared to beg for the salesman's attention or know what you want ahead of time.

Jimmy and Manny did an excellent job they were very patient and professional with us. They both took care of us. I waited seven years for this moment and it's such a relief to finally have the weight lifted off my shoulders. Jimmy and Manny thank you very much we appreciate what you do for the Community Families, and especially Veterans. The furniture here is quality furniture just as the customer service nothing but top quality.

Staff (Charles) was friendly and helpful. Took the time to check the back for what I wanted and it was there! Offered to load it into my car (and did so). Very satisfied.

Very SMALL SHOW ROOM . Very LIMITED INVENTORY . It is amazing that the warehouse for Cort furniture I believe is at this location because it's just huge. I was able to walk through the show room however in less than two or three minutes. They were honest on the telephone when I asked them about the size of their show room. I went back to the Glendale store and picked up a couple of items that I had kind of eyed yesterday. So at the Glendale store I met the manager for the Paramount store who had indicated that at one time you could go through the warehouse at the Paramount location but it was now an insurance issue. WONT GO BACK

Wonderful customer service! Great quality and pricing too!! I called looking for office furniture that I needed for the same day. James helped me out, he emailed me pictures of the furniture I needed within 5 minutes of my call, the prices was super reasonable and the quality was great! We picked up the furniture within 30 minutes! I called him back because I realized I needed an extra desk! Well.. James came through and took my payment over the phone so I didn't have to go to the store. The service was super convenient, the quality of the furniture was great and the price was excellent! I highly recommend CORT!

Stumble upon this outlet store and was in love with the furnitures! Prices are very affordable. Junior Estevez was so helpful and answer all my questions patiently! He made the experience very welcoming. Ask for him if you ever stop by! I think this will be my new favorite store from now on.

Yay! Love coming to this place I always am able to find the best prices for the furniture I'm looking for. Scott was very knowledgeable about the products in stock and made the whole search simple. Definitely will recommend coming here first when starting the furniture search. Be mindful that the showroom is small but the layout allows you to see every piece. (Some years ago customers were able to walk in the warehouse to see the stock, but it was a huge liability and is now closed off)

Cort is a horrible, unreliable, unresponsive company who will find anything to charge you for even though they will neglect you the entire time of your lease. I had issues and either had no response from the company or they said a manager would contact me, but they never did. After constantly calling, I gave up and decided to deal with the broken dresser and broken couch. When they finally come and pick up my furniture after being ignored the entirety of my lease, they told me my furniture was fine and there were no issues. Then they send me a bill for damages that were there when they delivered to me! Please do yourselves a favor and find your furniture elsewhere so you don't have to deal with this careless customer service.
