Drove over 100 miles to pick up a scooter that was listed online only to show up after confirming the price with them, only to find out they listed it incorrectly. After trying to come to an agreement, we pretty much were blown off. I do not recommend the company, no apology, no trying to make it better, pretty much a f-- you. I wouldn't be so angry if they made some more type of acknowledgement of their mistake.

Do not purchase from here, they will sell you a faulty scooter and blame it on you when trying to use the warranty. Never purchasing from here again and taking my business elsewhere.

Never coming here again. Sold me a faulty scooter and did not honor the warranty. I found the electric kid scooters sold at target way more reliable then what these guys sell.

I did not have a good experience buying a chinesse scooter, I payed $400 for one and after one month of use I needed to change the driver, spend $75 for that, and now the battery doesn’t work, it cost around $130 in Amazon. Please people, before you buy ask for warranty and make them sign a paper or something because they change that as their convenience or save little more money and buy in Segway, they have cover plans for 3 years

Bought a “bird” scooter here just to find that there were issues with the scooter, just to find out that it’s not even a bird. When I brought this up with the owner of the store, he was very rude and didn’t even try to listen. Very immature. Stay away.

Scam business. Avoid at all costs. Fake advertising. They post items that are not what they sell in the store. Report to the BBB if possible!

This store is a joke. They are flat out running a scam here. Selling old scooters as new that are not meant for public sale according to the manufacturer. They lie to your face and will not give you any refund. They only accept debit cards and cash so that you cannot get a refund without going to court so that is what we are doing. We have proof from manufacturer. Bought what we were told was a new scooter. It was malfunctioning and the label was falling off so we brought it back. They gave us a replacement...again broken with a sticky throttle. Major safety threat so we brought it back. They said No Returns at all. We have to take it to their authorized dealer for repair. We contacted the manufacturer and that is when we were told that they should not have been selling that 3 year old model as it was meant for the rental market and not resale. Ignore this place like the plague.

Formerly on Yelp as Electric Scooters now rebranded as 520 Scooters. Why you ask? Thievery. They are running a scam here. Mostly battery issues and warranty policy.Low quality battery packs. Customer service, warranty are subpar. Unhelpful associate. Male worker was on hos phone the whole time. You’ll have to go through hoops for battery warranty claims if you surpass their in-store warranty period (which is typically two weeks of usage). They’ll give a hard time when it comes to servicing products, and they tell you to contact the manufacturer. Some of their products are chinese made and youre better off spending your hard earned money to a reputable shop like REI or buying directly from a bike shop that sells quality goods.Reply to the owner: you just restated and backed up my negative experience/ thoughts about your company. Thank you for doing that.Also, you did not address the lack of customer service in your store. For you to say, “we are not customer service” says a lot about your 1- star business. You have brick and mortar and people go in your store. Even online businesses have customer service. How could you deny that? Anyways, you might need to restructure/ reconsider some of things. It might just help you thrive in this type of economy.

the worst shopping experience, I would never recommend someone to buy something there. The young man who attends there gives terrible service as if he were going to give me what he sells. lousy attention and service. They sold me a defective scooter and they did not give me any guarantee, in three weeks it stopped working and they are not responsible, they ask you to contact the manufacturer who never responds…. I do not recommend them at all, I hope no one else buys there... terrible...

I LOVE THIS STORE SO MUCH!!!! Very helpful and great customer service. My brother got a scooter from here and they guy helped us with everything we needed. The scooters go very fast we almost flew off. Other than that very great scooter for an awesome price!!!

Omg I came to get my scooter 10 months ago and it’s still working perfectly fine I take really good care of it and it’s such great quality. I came back today to come get one for my boyfriend for our 2 years and they had so many options and really great scooters. They have such great customer service I highly recommend.
