I got to the paramount office they close at 5pm I was their at 4:46 door close knock on the door the guy didnt acknowledged so they need to change the hrs if their not closing at 5pm.and I wasn't the only one

I went on saturday they closed the door , so l check the hours on the paper it said 9 am to 4 pm ,so l wait and ,when a guy with grey hair open ha said it's closed , l told him you have to change the sign it says you closed at 4 , so he he showed me a paper that they have inside , but outside was different

ATM machines do not read contactless pay with my phone. I always use it everywhere else and never have a problem with it but at this location the ATM machines do not read it in the drive-up or walk-up ATM

I got there and I was standing in line and nobody offered to help me and there was this lady that was walking around not helping anyone and she acknowledge me but she didn’t help me and I was in a rush. And then when I finally talk to her she still didn’t offer to help me. Her services trash. She’s wearing all black and she’s blonde with blonde eyebrows. Horrible service

Well I want to begin with the "Assistant Vice President" Rosendo Lopes, I do not know how he has that title, we went to open an account with chase because we were told they have great customer service but that was definitely a lie. Rosendo Lopes was being extremely rude in every way you can imagine. Do not open an account with Rosendo Lopes!
