Unfortunately, I can't give this place a zero. Don't trust this place. I went in to patch a tire on June 4th, first customer to come in at 7 am, and it took about an hour. Furthermore, the employee who patched my tire damaged my wheel. I told them my car was low and asked if they had the right tools, and they said yes. However, they tilted my car too much and chipped the paint on the bottom left side of my bumper. Of course, the owner called me and denied all the allegations. She made up excuses for checking her cameras but did not offer for me to check them. Prior to taking my car to this shop, my car had no damage, so I told her I was positive the damage was committed in her shop, but she showed no accountability for her employees or her business. If you care about your car, do not bring it to this place!!!

Very crazy driver in the freeway today 2/28/24 around 9:20 am on the 710 north freeway cut me off to the point I almost got smashed by him and another truck.

12-22-23...Good Morning.. on the way to work. A stew in the ridge!! Can't miss work before the holiday! Found a shop that opens before 8-9 am! Found some very friendly employees!! They repaired my tire.. then the gift of kindness happens!! Alex tells me you're good and have a great Christmas.Free tire repair and I have never been here before! They have a new customer and RECOMMENDATION from me always!!Thanks Alex and the employees!!

My husband went to Border Tires when he woke up to a flat tire due to a giant screw in it. They patched it up really well and fast. They are one of the only places that opens at 7am. They even told us it would be free of charge but my husband insisted on giving a tip. He said everyone was very friendly and responsive. I also called ahead of time and they answered right when they opened. We will definitely be coming back here if we have any other tire issues and will recommend them to anyone who needs help!

Aggressive truck driver. Tried to run me off the road and THEN got next to my car to yell at me. All because I was trying to merge while using my blinker. Just a warning to anyone using this company.
