Drove almost 16 miles round trip only to find out that I can only buy if I have an account with them. I didn't see any information about an account on their website. Waste of my time and fuel. No matter what, never going back there.

Order 2 uniforms mooto brand one was okay just super dusty, the other also in a dusty mooto bag but, I open it I saw the shorts had 2 or 3 small stains. The uniforms where old old collection. Buy from Mooto directly or go to the store but can't trust this company to send you new items.

Have ordered products for years from BMA.Recently most all of my orders are rarely filled accurately. Items continuously out of stock and no notification unless you call and check once your order arrives. When you try and call to inquire, you rarely get any satisfaction.Website ordering process is very old and antiquated. Items availability and quantity are never updated - never. Very frustrating as I have to fill the holes in with other vendors.

Ordered online all was fine then I received email saying something was not in stock, initiated a refund. Called to order a different size and was told order already went out and if I want i could order with them but will charge me for shipping. How the heck this makes sense? * if something is not available then update your site. *give customer an email reply to give us the opportunity to reply back to alter the order. * offer the right thing to do by providing free shipping due an employee error such as this. ** rep i spoke to said there was NOTHING she can do?
