I came across this store because my girlfriend needed a pair of wigs for our work event. The prices were more affordable than purchasing online and the owner was so sweet and helpful. He found the right product for my girlfriend. I love supporting small businesses. I'm glad our purchase brought a smile to his face. My girlfriend loved the wig he suggested and it 100% matched her outfit aesthetic.

I think they should treat potential customers much better than this when calling to do business, very very rude. I won’t be spending my money with this type of treatmentCalled to ask if they carried tape ins, the guy said yes I asked if they had a 22” he said no we have 18” just come on in and as I begin to ask a question about the texture he just said bye (as he clearly heard me) and hung up in my face then stopped answering the phone.

Called to see if they had an item in store before driving over there. They answer the phone to hang up on you. Terrible customer service.

He close the store in the middle of the day without a note on the door as to how long it’s closed. I get it people have to eat but damn your running this by yourself have courtesy for the customers who wait 30 min to an hour or hours for your return without an apology. If it wasn’t for the amount of different products he sales I would never come here

I try my hardest to support my own people businesses. But honestly most of them don't have a lot in there supply store. So when I found this place i was happy. But i don't understand how it's posted on there business and Google that there open at 9:30am but its now 10am and still closed. I feel the time need to changed to 10am. I just wasted my gas and time. I do understand things can. But at the end of the day its still a business.if it wasn't the customers it wouldn't be a business. Im closing with with treat your customers the way you would like to be treated.

As much as I love this beauty supply. I am not happy it's says it open up at 9:00 am it's 10:00 it's 3 people outside waiting for them to open. Can't believe this I Have a hair appointment at 12 an they still not open. Not good at all!!!!
