My work switched payroll companies so they had to do paper checks till the set up the automatic deposits. I went to Bank of America to cash their check from Bank of America. They charged 8 bucks to cash their own check and did an 8300 report to the irs on their own check. The wifi and phone signal is the worst and took me 7 minutes just to be able to make this note. It took management 15 minutes just to approve the cashing of the checks. I suggest to close your account Go to chase up the street they are way better and customer service oriented. This bank fee is not acceptable!

This bank has terrible service it does not matter the time there is always a line with no tellers and the ones they have are slow. The one that's supposed to help the line to offer help picks and chooses who she helps. I would not have stood in line 45 min so that the teller would tell me the bank does not take cash really it's a bank!

Terrible, time in Bank of America I recommend to switch banks. 2 people at the window and the lady working, went in lunch seeing all the people were there she left. It's like the DNV now you gonna make a huge line all day here. Please don't lose your card.

If you go to this place to cash a check, forget it. Try different places, they'll say you can deposit it, but you can't cash it, doesn't matter how much money you have in your account

I had the worse experience of my life. I have a video but had to take still pictures because it will not accept a video. Basically the woman "manage" in the pictures of Bank of America refused to cash my check because she said "it looks Iike the characteristics do not match" and "your people are doing a lot of fraud right now". My people? She said, "yes, we will not cash your check" and said racist comments which I will not say on here because it is public form. When the author of the check, the account holder, drove all the way to the bank for me-she suddenly stated "oh we can cash your check now for you, as a favor" because BOA is not my normal bank. I do not understand when employess at banks became so judgmental. Interestingly, not that I have to prove anything but I'm an Attorney and will be taking this to the furthest point possible, oh yea, and I have video to prove it.
