I ORDERD A CAKE AND I SPOKE TO THE GUY WHO DOES THE CAKE. THE LADY TAKING MY ORDER AND HELPING ME OUT ASKED ME EXACTLY HOW I WANTED IT AND WHAT DESIGNES I SHOWED HER THE PICTURE AND EXPLAINED TO HER HOW IT WOULD BE, SHE GAVE ME A NUMBER SO I CAN TEXT THE PICTURE AND ADD THE ORDER NUMBER SO THAT THEY CAN SEE THE PICTURE WHILE MAKING IT. I ORDERD IT 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE I JUST PICKED UP MY CAKE AND ITS NOTHING COMPARED TO WHAT I ASKED FOR. THE COLOR WAS SAPPOSE TO BE PUROLE QITH BLACK AND PINK AND THEY PUT GREY!!! WITH BLACK NO PINK??♀️. THEY MISS SPELLED THE NAME AS WELL WHEN ON THERE NOTES IT WAS SPELLED RIGHT.!

I called to ask how many days in advance should I place and order for a cake and they said one day and know here I am with no cake because I went to the bakery and it's actually 2 days wow whoever answers the calls should be more informed

It’s a little Mexican style store with a panadería, meat market, some essential every day food items, and hot deli style Mexican food like chicharrón. A little overpriced but understandable. The employees are polite and helpful. I never had an issue shopping here and appreciate the convenience.

Horrible place literally every time I come I get the worst service from either the ladies despachando the carnitas or the lady in the bakery! I called today because I wanted to make an order for 20 breads for tomorrow, and the lady told me I have to place the order a day before, so I told her I would go in a little because i was on my way home from work at 6:40pm she told me they close at 8pm. I get there 7:30pm and she’s telling me they’re already closed after I had literally just talked to her??♀️ if they close at 8pm why can’t they just write my order down for the next day? It’s not like I wanted the bread for today! they want to be on the clock but not doing nothing! There’s always something with these people!

What a bad service as a person who walks in with money in hand wants to buy a soda and a candy get kicked out. Just cause he doesn't look clean his not allow to purchase anything at all. Mind me his not bothering anyone at all. Standing in line to pay. Politely he leaves. Good think people like me with kind heart get him his items and gives it to him outside. HOPEFULLY YOU DON'T END UP THE SAME WAY KARMA CAN HIT ANY TIME. I guess Amapola rather have people run in steal instead of purchasing.
