NEVER HAVE I EVER DEALT WITH SO MUCH INCOMPETENCE! Maybe needs to brush up on his education to be qualified for certain tasks. His customer service is lacking. I'd recommend that you stay clear of this one. I don't recommend. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Owner doesn't communicate. Owner doesn't respond to emails, phone calls, or registered letters. I have never left a bad review but in this case I need to warn future clients.

As happy as one can be when it comes to taxes. I used to do my own taxes with software until one year I let Bill do it, after I had an issue with the software. Bill was able to get me $1200 more then the software. That was 3 years ago. Now I started my own business and I use Bill and I will only let him take care of it. All I have to do is make money and send him receipts, he takes care of everything. He is always available to answer our question. I highly recommend William R Sharrett Bookeeping.

I got some bad tax advice from this company that cost me over $10,000. But, bear in mind that the advice I got was FREE. Sigh. I had a tax situation involving some business property I sold. Bill told me he could advise me on this for $50. I had a preliminary meeting and the told me I was on the right path but he wanted to see more documentation, which I provided to his office. I tried to make a follow up appointment several times but he would not return my call. I continued on my path and it was definitely not the proper path.
