My fiancee and I were hoping to be a part of a welcoming environment when we switched to this pharmacy in Paradise since we moved here last year. Unfortunately this pharmacy comes up very short when it comes to customer service and their lack of professionalism and friendliness in this small community. Their attention to detail is subpar. I feel some of their staff needs to do some detoxing to improve their cognitive abilities. Fortunately Chico is not too far away so we will be switching our pharmacy to Costco.

I have had nothing but good relations with the people who work here and the pharmacy staff are always eager to assist in any way, they work hard and probably don't get paid enough for some of the the people they have to deal with.

My 5 Stars are for the clerk, Sarah, who offered outstanding service when I went to the Paradise Walgreen's yesterday to buy an Android phone charging cord. This was after a truly abysmal experience at the Paradise KMART. Sarah was able to help more than one customer concurrently, and also handle the register and walk over to products, without slighting anyone. She helped me find what I needed in a different location within the store at a better price. She was pleasant, efficient, intelligent, knowledgeable, caring, articulate, and polite - the exact opposite of my experience with everyone working at the Paradise Kmart which I had just visited. What a welcome and needed contrast! ..... PS: I would give O Stars to the Pharmacy at this location; but, that should be in a different Review.

Great neighborhood pharmacy/convienence store. Operated by local people. Always a friendly experience. Bright clean roomy store. The pharmacy does a large volume. Dispite that, it is managed well and error free. As far as my interaction and order placement. I wouldnt go anywhere else with my prescriptions. And over the years I have tried them all.

Crappiest, dirtiest dog store anywhere. Pharmacists are rude and inept. Technicians are overworked and running crazy busy and the Asian pharmacist just walked out and said goodnight. While there was a huge line of people. Never again.
