While on a long road trip had a flat tire on the 5 just outside of Red Bluff on a Sunday. Paradise was the only shop that was open. Ali saw me immediately, quickly assessed the issue, and ordered the tires for early Monday morning. On Monday he helped me sort out an issue with a missing lock nut key enabling me to on way as quickly as possibble.

Bought two used tires and both had nails in them like they cut the tips off them ,? I paid 120$ for two bad tires I had to plug I wouldn’t recommend them never to anyone sorry not sorry and they took my other valve stem cap and gave me a plastic one when I had different ones on when my car went to the shop

MY BRAND NEW TIRES I BOUGHT 1 BLEW AND I HAD A WARRANTY AND THEY DID NOT HONOR IT AND I HAD TO BUY A TIRE SO I CAN GET HOME THEY ARE SCAMMERS IT DID NOT LAST ME A MONTH THE 4 NEW ONE DI NOT GO????

These guys are awesome. I bought my last three sets of tires from them. The other day I called them at 545 and had a nail in my tire. They told me to bring my car on over and they took care of it within a half hour. I was back on the road. I can't say enough about how this business goes the Xtra mile for their customers.

Went there to get a patch in a tire ended up costing me 50 dollars because because I had a key lug nut. Got about 10 miles down the road and it was leaking again. Should have been an easy fix. But instead it cost me a little more. By that time they were closed so now in the rain with kids 150 miles away from home. There was no glue with the plug and it did not hold air at all.
