I went here instead of Jiffy Lube. They were cheaper and they didn't try to sell me on everything else they could find slightly wrong with my car.
They also got a lot of other little things right, they didn't accidentally change my mph to kilometers (which other places have done many times) and they remembered to switch off my oil change warning on my dash. They also kept my seat and steering wheel in the original position. These aren't deal breaking things but I do notice when they are taken into account and I appreciate it.
They were also kind enough to remove a damaged piece of plastic rubbing up against my tire.
I will definitely be going here from now on.

My 84 year old mom needed the oil changed on her 2011 Honda Accord. I called and was told I could save money by bringing our own oil. He even recommended Walmart or Costco. We got the oil and Express lube gladly changed the oil using our oil. The two great things: First, the cost, $35 for them to change the oil and #2, it took them about 5 minutes to do it. GREAT Experience. Will Definitely be recommending and using them on our cars.

I sent a message to get a quote for an oil change on my husband's F-350 Super Duty so I could surprise him by taking a few things off his plate. Paul's wife responded quickly with the quote, gave me their hours, and said Paul would answer any questions I have (if I have any) when I arrive. The location was easy to find (I'm pretty new to the area) and the service was so quick I would have headed back home to grab my sedan to have the oil changed as well if I'd have been able to manage it. Highly recommend and we will visit again. Thanks!!

Came in here to have my oil changed. Everything seemed good to go and employee understood what I was asking for ( Full Synthetic Oil Change) and they even seemed like they were on top of checking everything too.
All went well and I was happy to see great customer service and quality work done; until I looked at my receipt for how much I was charged.
The hiccup comes when I personally saw the employee write down $39.95 on my work order for a Full Synthetic Oil Change, then after I leave and have paid, I go to put my receipt in my glove box and see I was charged $109.50.
I personally saw the employee write $39.95 on my work order and they even have a sign out front that says "$39.95 for oil change".
The employee should have told me that wasn't the correct cost before performing the oil change on my car and shouldn't have, knowingly or not, mislead me to believe a full synthetic oil change was going to cost me $39.95 instead of the $109.50 I was charged.
The right thing to do is to inform the customer how much the work will cost, before the work is performed.
I would have happily done the Full Synthetic Oil and Filter change myself for $50, had the employee been honest with me about the price. Will not be going here again.
Please see attached picture of receipt to see how employee crossed off the $39.95 he showed me and then changed it after charging my debit card.
If owners want to over charge people for an oil change, that's their choice; as a customer it's your right to be told the correct price before work is performed. I understand the cost of overhead, lease, and employee payroll, but as a customer it's my choice to decide if I want to overpay for an oil change.

They are quick, polite, thorough, and have reasonable prices. I am so happy that they made it through the fire and have served our community for all this time. I am a client, and have been treated well for the past fifteen years.
After going to Paradise Jiffy Lube fifteen years ago, I drove away with my oil pan stripped, and steam coming out of my radiator. I contacted the manager he gave the run around. He wasn’t going to warranty anything.
That is not how Lyons Express is. You drive away knowing things were done right!
