“I love this store, it has great prices and it’s in a convenient location, but earlier today we had a very very rude interaction that made me opinion shift decently hard on this store. Usually the owner is super nice, and always nice with a smile to everyone, but this time when my partner and I went in there, we were getting drinks for friends coming soon, and we had an idea of what we wanted but still wanted to check out their options because we like the many options there. the owner who was also behind the desk got mad at us, and yelled at us across the hall telling us to “hurry up!! Come on!! Make your choices and get out!!” And pointed to the counter and door and it was VERYVERY embarrassing because we had to walk there and our kiddo was getting the tiniest bit upset and he yells at us. We go to the counter with one object because after he yelled at us we didn’t want to dead with it, and when we got it we tried asking for one other thing and he rudely told my fiance they don’t have it and that they have an alternative and rang it up for him without asking, and as soon as I left outside fuming with anger at his rudeness, he started to immediately turn nice to my fiance. Very rude service. I hate to sound entitled with what I’m about to say, but what kind of person yells at their customers like that?? It’s just so rude and if he wasn’t the only liquor store here in town we wouldn’t even come back because of how blatantly rude he was to us. I honestly didn’t think we were taking to long?? But apparently to him we took forever?? I’m not sure what changed, but I’m hoping it’ll just be a one time experience since most of the other times we stop there for anything else he’s always nice so I’m hoping it’s just going to be a one time thing because we really do like this store”
