Chico does not have a good tow store. When I go to Ken's I am never disappointed!! His shop is full of any kind of towing part that you might need. I went in there on the off chance that he might have a wiring harness for a specific trailer brake switch, and HE HAD IT! I have also had him install a tow package into my BMW X5. He got it installed and did a great job!! It's completely worth the drive to paradise to shop at Ken's! Recommend 100%!!

I had a hitch receiver installed on the front of my 2006 Ford E-450 with this company and had a fantastic experience! I mainly talked and worked with Chris who was super nice, knowledgeable and all around a stand up guy. I had a lot of questions and he was happy to answer them all as well as provide some suggestions on a few other things. I showed up for my appointment on time and they got to work straight away. The work they did was quick, clean, and professional. I greatly appreciate their work, my experience was well worth the out of the way drive for me and I would highly recommend their business to anyone!

Heard about this shop after “less than helpful” service from two Chico Based truck and RV stores. Had Jeep wired for flat towing, super clean job, fair price. Then had Trac Bar installed on RV, also quick and fair price. They have a “can do” attitude and are friendly. Worth the drive to Paradise!

I took my pontoon boat and trailer to Ken's and they were outstanding in converting the trailer from hydraulic to electric. They also straightened out the bent tips of the aluminum pontoons. All the work was excellent. Chris and Casey were personable, tried hard to do a good job, and took time to explain everything. The cost was reasonable for the work. I feel confident in towing the trailer after this service. I would highly recommend this company.

I don't normally go on line to post about a business unless I've had a really bad experience or a really good one. Chris and his team did a great job for me. They were responsive, performed a quality job and charged a fair price. I highly recommend them.

The customer service is next to the best. They get their jobs done very fast and are super respectful. In the lobby, they have a dog and she is so sweet and friendly. They welded a hitch on my truck and told me it would be done in a week or two and got it done in a few days. Incredible work.

Ken's helped us tremendously when we were preparing to leave California moving to Cincinnati Ohio and needed the correct hitch attached to our Volkswagen golf all track wagon. We had ordered the part from another company and it would seem that it was going to be late and Ken's agreed to order the correct part for a very quick turnaround, in the meantime our part came and Ken's agreed to put it on and adjusted their price fairly. They put it on in a timely manner for us and gave us a great deal on the price. They were so friendly and we really enjoyed doing business with them I would definitely recommend them to others.

This team is awesome. So, I went to U-Haul first. After waiting 2 weeks for them to get me in, they told me they couldn’t add a hitch to my vehicle because the bottom was rusted. They insisted my only alternative was getting the hitch welded and they couldn’t do that. I found Ken’s on Yelp and saw all the reviews so I reached out. Maureen is a delight to work with over the phone. Super accommodating of scheduling and flexible. When I went in, the guys there all seemed like they knew why I was there. I told the guy that got my truck that the hitch needed to be welded. He laughed and said that was a last resort. I came back 2 hours later and it was all done and no welding. He just re-threaded the rivets and blamo...all done. If I had just gone to then to begin with. They pretty much do what u-haul can’t or at least say they can’t do. Thanks guys!
