Do not get a shower glass door without calling these guys. Kerry, Dan and team are professionals. I got three bids and they beat them and the shower door is beautiful. Also of the three bids, Gene's was the only one that came out with a level and took detailed measurements. They know what they are doing and take pride in their work-something that is hard to find these days. Everything was smooth from bid to order to install. They came when they said and did not leave until it was perfect. I unequivocally recommend them.

I needed to have the glass replaced on my outdoor patio table and after getting a couple of quotes Gene's A-1 Glass had the best offer. Sarah was very helpful. She looked up several different options to solve my issue from possibly a metal frame for a tile table, to glass types, both tempered and untempered. I highly recommend this company and Sarah for any of your glass needs.

Kerry Sr. gave us a bid for 2 house windows that needed to match 2 others. He was on-time and easy to communicate with. The two ladies, on the phone and in the office, were equally pleasant and followed through when I phoned in for an update re: the manufacturers time frame.When the windows arrived they were installed within 3 days. Kerry's son and his assistant were also on time, clean & neat, and both very personable.When prepping the area for the new windows their attention to detail was meticulous. There was no cutting corners on materials and workmanship.We had dealt with 2 other local window businesses in the past and there was no comparison.This was a seamless experience and any future window needs will be done with Gene's A-1 Glass.

We needed to replace three windows, so on a recommendation I called Gene's. I got fast, friendly service and a quick turnaround on special order windows. The installers did an excellent job, right down to replacing trim. The Windows were done very quickly too! The price for everything was very reasonable. I highly recommend Gene's A-1 Glass!

I left almost a 3k deposit for whole house windows which I never received as house burned in nov. 18 campfire. Genes a1glass will not refund my deposit and receipt does not state non refundable. I filed complaint with better business bureau and business never responded. BBB says he is liable to refund my deposit. I have no choice but to take this company to small claims court. Now his rating with BBB has dropped and it’s only going to cost him more money. He says he’s insured so why not do the right thing and pay what you owe rather then just ignore calls, texts etc. I am filing small claims court suit.

I called them for a quote replacing the front windshield on the Mercedes Benz. Unfortunately they move locations and don't do auto glass anymore because they are installers unfortunately had to leave the state. They were very helpful however nonetheless

Cary did a fantastic job on two windows that needed to be replaced in our home. He called me back and emailed a quote to me promptly. He was very professional, honest and cleaned up after he was finished. I feel they are a fantastic local company and would recommend them to any Chico area residents.
