I hace been using this laundromat since reopening after campfire. The facility has always been very clean and all the employees have been very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, the machines are not the greatest. I've had many clothes ruined and most of the time end having to wash our clothes more than once. These are just regular soiled laundry. Nothing that should need to be washed more than one cycle. The washers simply spread the dirt to other clothes and don't get them clean. The dryers take forever and a good amount of money to get even sheets dry.

This is a fairly nice place. It is clean and has an attendant.it uses cards instead of cash. ( does not make it easier) I got there early( before last wash) Put all clothes in washer and looked for attendant to get card. I had could not find her, it seems she was on break with the back door wide open. A note on counter. So i waited , about ten minutes. She was back and i had my card.she showed me how to use the card sliding it in real fast, not easy. I had to try over and over again. I soon. Heard that was the norm. Anyway my clothes came out really clean and I was still out in good time. Compared to other places This is nice. I will go again, Karen C

I usually come early and wait so I can get washers I need but it’s obvious the staff has other plans. I had an older woman who works here be as Duda as she could be without causing me to leave. I’ll be going back to talk to the owners about wat happen that day it was not professional

This is by far the cleanest laundromat in Butte County. The staff are friendly and tentative to any problems that may arise. I LOVE that they also have pet washers for hairy, soiled towels, doggy blankets and such. Thank you Clark Road Laundromat!

Clean, quick, efficient and cheap. It cost me $4 for 1 large load and $2 to dry. $6 and about 40 minutes later my clothes were clean and dry. The prepay card was a bit wonky. Just be quick when ya put it in/out. Friendly staff.

Goodness gracious, what a well-kept laundromat. I have had to use only laundromats this past year, between Paradise/Chico and Arizona — none of ‘em compare to this one.I was a bit hesitant to come here, originally, only because I was unfamiliar with the card payment system I had heard about, and I tend to be a bit old fashioned/technologically adverse. However, it couldn’t be more easy — and it is soooo much better than using quarters. You can even use your bank cards.I am autistic, with OCD — and very particular about my clothes, especially, how they’re washed. The machines are updated, as well as incredibly clean — both the machines and their soap portals.Nearly spotless. Beyond adequate, certainly. And they’re front-load machines, too.Between $2.50 and $5.00 for washes.I’m not sure about the dryers, it wasn’t too clear; I think it said $.40; and it’s 8 minutes, at a time. The floors are decently swept, surfaces are clean..My interactions with the attendants and customers have been quite pleasant. The atmosphere is minimal, though, well-lit and all around well-kept. I enjoy the yellow paint, my favorite color. Also, an arcade game or two, for the kiddos (and you, of course).I seem to not be the only one impressed, being I heard the gentleman customer who helped me with one of my carts to the dryer, say to someone on the phone “Yeah, I’m at the laundromat — and it’s a nice one!”One of the attendants even offered me her gold magic marker, to mark what dryers were mine. All this to say..I am so thankful I don’t have to grit my teeth and bare it, while utilizing this laundromat, as I have so many others this past year — hence why I rushed to do this review; while, currently, sitting in the parking lot, waiting on my clothes to finish drying.Sure, this is a first-impression-review. Though, so far, there hasn’t been one thing, which, has caused me to attempt to convince myself it’s a place worthy of consistently being a patron of — which, is something very important to me (again, autistic/OCD, lol).My only complaint would be that it’s a bit tedious to have to insert the card for every 8 minutes I’d like to add to the dryer. The card doesn’t always read clearly on the first try, though, I did get into a rhythm (I had four dryers). It’s not that big of a deal. More of a design flaw of the manufacturer, than anything. So many businesses have gone down hill, especially, after The Campfire and COVID — or never even had standards, in general, as such seems to be quite a trend, nowadays. It’s refreshing to come to a business, as simple as a laundromat, who takes pride in their establishment.

This is the cleanest place around .. employees were super friendly if you wanted a nice place to wash your laundry and a friendly environment I recommend giving them a try but here’s a warning I do not use coins they use a system of cards you add money to the laundromat card that you get from a kiosk and you use that card to add minutes or purchase washes unless you’re using the old school small section of regular washers I found this out the hard way after getting $20 in quarters lol
