Very happy with my experience there. They know what they're doing and very helpful. They do not charge you for something that you do not. They help you out with any questions and do only what you ask them to do and if you need something more. They let you know before they do it highly recommended them. They're very reliable.

These guys are so good and so busy that when you call their shop number you will be lucky if anybody picks up. The quality of their work is always to the point with a very reasonable price tag. The Good people in Paradise need there local shops to do what Chico shops do well and that is move them in and get them out running great. Burkett's one of those kind of shop's ,just don't expect a long conversation when you pickup your vehicle and you pay your bill cause there already working the other guys car. Also, leave a message! They will call back.

Dealing with Joel since 1998 when he was located on the Skyway. Several times since then and always great with fair price. The only mechanic I would ever let work on my cars and most trusted for price.
