I went to Big O Tires in Paradise without an appointment for a tire rotation and balance. Darren had my truck on the lift in a little over 30 minutes and the work was completed in about another 30 minutes. Been coming to this location for my oil change and other car related maintenance for a while. The owner is attentive and will not charge for things you do not need. Check this big o tires location for oil change and care maintenance.

Had 2 tires installed which I got off the internet. Big O charged me 1/2 price compared to Les Schwab, basically down the road. Kudos to Big O!!! Definitely recommend them. Compare with Schwab before you get tires or other service. Highly recommend them. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!

Over filled tire pressure by double. Corrected it but the fact that they put 70 lbs of air in tires that max at 35 isn't OK.

This is the best place to go in Paradise if you want good customer service, quality work and quality brakes and tires installed. They are the only company willing to go the extra mile and squeeze you in to their schedule. I am always told by the front desk man to just walk in, even if they're extremely busy they find the time to take care of my vehicle needs that same day. Their prices are very reasonable and I would not go elsewhere even if the price is cheaper because I am convinced that I get what I pay for here and the service is flawless.
