Ace Hardware has the biggest joke of a manager there. Rude, he was short with me! Lost my business and anyone I talk to about that place.

Even though they are really the only game in town when it comes to hardware, they are always helpful and courteous. My only complaint would be that they stay open a bit later than 5pm.

Every employee that I spoke with was very helpful. I had a few of them ask if they could help me find anything. Thank you all for being professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Another big plus was that Im not treated like a thief as soon as I walk in the door here like some places do. I was able to bring my very small medical pack that absolutly must go everywhere I go in case of emergencies. (i.e. Stop the Bleed kit etc). Thank you Ace Hardware!

Lots of stuff but in my opinion not terribly knowledgeable. It's a classic ace where you don't go there for price together for convenience. Still they are resource in Paradise that cannot be ignored and are super helpful for small stuff.

Very friendly service, always someone willing to help. Clean store and plenty of parking. A great place to shop and support local community and save a trip down the hill to chico.
