“I was looking for shop opened on a Sunday (my tire gave on the fwy) and I saw Johny's shop with 5 stars. I thought maybe he'll be ok. This shop is better than ok! First, Carlos took a call and actually gave me prices on line. He told meTo come on in. He was very honest and didn't try to up sell me. I had done my research and when he checked out my tires, he told me exactly what I already knew and that was so refreshingThat he wasn't adding issues to what I already had. He said it would take about an hour for all four tires (which wasn't bad) and ended up only taking 40 minutes. I really enjoyed working with him. It was courteous and prompt service. William gave me his word that he'll give me a free alignment and I have a year to do it. I went in today and he made it happen. I recommend Ram tire for their great service and prices.”

Went in to see about possible warped rotor/squeaky brake that I had replaced not too long ago at a different shop (maybe about 6 months ago). Also had a tire light on & noticed I had a nail in the rear driver side tire. I came here anticipating having to replace the front pads & rotors again to fix the noise issue and get a tire plug. They took a look and told me my front rotors and pads were still pretty much brand new, they just needed to be cleaned lubricated and reset (said the source of the noise was the brakes were dry and pad had been set at an angle instead of flush with the rotor). The mechanic I spoke to said he didn't want me spending $400 replacing rotors and pads if I didn't need to, very honest was not trying to get money out of me. He also noticed the rear tires were the original tires (my car is a 2018, year of this review is 2024) and due to their age, the nail I ran over had started to split the tire. He went ahead and replaced my two old tires, rotated them all for only $250 out the door. Dropped the car off at 8:30am, it was all done by 10:30am same day, I spent less than I originally anticipated, I left with the squeaky catching brake issue fixed w/ no more noise, and 2 new tires. Definitely recommend going here, and if you do, drop your car off first thing in the morning when they open and they will take care of you. Amazing, thank you guys.”

“I came limping in off the freeway, miles away from home, with a fast-deflating tire. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted, and a quick diagnosis was performed. The technician pointed out the damage, and Arman (manager) sat with me to go over options. 1 bad tire, 1 similarly worn front tire, and I decided to replace all four. The pricing was fair, the service was swift, and a good cup of coffee was served to me. All in all- 5 Stars, for sure.”

I brought my car in because I had a dent in my wheel that was causing my tire to slowly leak air, and Edison ensured me he would be able to repair the problem with no issues. He quoted the price of the repair and followed through! I shopped around and Eagle Eye Wheels and Tires had the best price in town hands down!
