Care, Pride, and Dependable are only a few words to describe Jason at Valley Auto Sales. He is an expert in Sprinters especially T1Ns and also an ACTUAL honest salesman. He will always go above and beyond for his clients, helping them with anything: tips, suggestions, or even hospitality. Him and his wife Susan are gems that want the best for anyone!
Don’t be concerned about anything when purchasing from Jason, his reputation is truly amazing and communication exceeds anyone, even after your purchase is complete! A mega plus as a buyer from across the country in Tennessee.

First off if you’re looking for a sprinter, specifically a T1n look no further. Jason was a stand up guy through the entire process and continued to check up on me and the van multiple times after purchase.
I had been looking for a 118 SHC for years and constantly was disappointed when I went to check them out. I came across Jason from a referral and luckily he had just what I was looking for at the time.
He was upfront and honest and even went out of his way to make changes to the van before I paid him, including different tires, full service, a new battery along many other things. I didn’t have all of the money together at the time and he even held the van for me for over a week even though other people were interested, a true man of his word.
Not only are you going to get a dialed van from Jason, but his support is what you’re really paying for. He is super knowledgeable about any issue that may arise and will go above and beyond to help you over the phone or in person even if it something minor or would be an inconvenience to many.
If you’re looking for a T1n this is your guy

I wanted to buy a T1N Sprinter van and after much research and conversations with friends who had them, Jason at Valley Auto Sales was clearly the go-to guy. He has a good reputation for a reason. He helped me find a van that suited my needs and was clear, transparent, and honest throughout the entire process. Jason is by far the best person I've ever dealt with in buying a vehicle. Can't recommend him enough!

I purchased a T1N 2005 2500 Dodge Sprinter from Jason at Valley Auto Sales in Panorama City and had a great experience buying from him.I noticed Jason’s Sprinters through his detailed craigslist ads. I called Jason and asked him many questions about the sprinters. In our initial conversation, Jason generously shared information and insight about sprinters for something close to an hour.I currently live in San Francisco, and I drove down to look at a sprinter that I had my eye on.To my surprise, Jason called me on the way down and offered to set me up with a better set of tires for the van, as well as an installation of catalytic converter protection. I responded with an enthusiastic yes! I was very impressed that Jason was thinking about my unique needs for the van. When I arrived at the shop, Jason showed me a T1N sprinter engine showing me the different components of the engine. He showed me the instrument cluster and temperature gauge to explain the normal operating temperatures of the diesel engine.Due to my unique life circumstances, I was nervous about making the sprinter van purchase. Jason could tell, and he was reassuring, telling me that he has a non-pressure approach to selling. He told me that he didn’t need to sell me the van if it wasn’t right for me.Though it was a scary leap to buy, it seemed like the right thing for me to do for upcoming changes, and so after some deliberation, I purchased the van.Jason had explained to me prior, during, and after my purchase, that he stands by his vans, in how he has checked them for mechanical integrity, and he buys High quality maintained fleet vehicles. Jason told me that if any problem were to happen to come up, he saves his customer's phone numbers, and they can contact him to assist should an issue arise. If you were to have any sort of issue come up, I’d suggest reaching out to Jason and he will certainly get you taken care of, or provide you with the information/resources for your needs. There were a few more details that Jason helped me sort out the following day, including setting me up with a spare key, a contractor who set me up with clear headlights, and Jason loaning me the tools and supplies to install a cigarette lighter for my journey.Jason showed the professionalism of a car dealer, as well as the honesty, friendliness, and helpfulness of a kind neighbor. The smooth experience was slightly surreal in how helpful and easy Jason made it. Jason and his wife Susan went above and beyond in the ways I’ve mentioned so far, and in several other ways also. They are really great, kind, helpful, and deliberate. One thing to note, While Jason gets a bit of help from occasional helpers, and assistance from his Wife when she is around, Jason is largely a one-man band operation. Due to juggling many customers, vehicles, and obligations, I would recommend making an appointment with him, so he can attend to you fully. Once it’s your turn, he will take great care of you. Making an appointment will help create the space for him to assist you.I had some time to get to know Jason and his Wife Susan, and they are both very cool, kind, patient, and intelligent people. It was great meeting them, as well as a great opportunity to engage in mutually beneficial business. After I purchased the van and set off on my Journeys, Jason reached out to me a couple of times to just check in on me, as he knew that I was a first-time sprinter owner, and I was headed out on my initial voyage.I drove from Panorama City to Phoenix Arizona, and then back to San Francisco, The van did great! If I had to sum up the experience in one word, I’d use the word “Helpful”. Jason helped me figure out if the van was right for my needs, and after I did, he went above and beyond to help me out.I can highly recommend Jason from Auto Valley Sales, He and his Wife Susan are great, and can assist you in your sprinter Journeys and dreams. Thanks, Jason! Thanks, Susan!-Taylor

At first I was a little uneasy trusting an ad on Craigslist for a sprinter but, I took my chances and flew out there from Colorado anyway. When I got there I checked out the van and we took it for a test drive, then we changed the oil after. It was a very smooth transaction and Jason and his wife were very great to work with.Anytime I have a question about the van or something I want to do to it, Jason is only a text message away and responds quickly with some insight or tips. That's one of the big pros of buying from him, he knows these vans inside and out and will help you troubleshoot anything.I would definitely recommend buying from him or taking your van to him for troubleshooting/service!

Best sprinter seller bar none, Jason not only sells and stands behind his vans, you can call him from anywhere and he will help ya get back on the road, guy is an amazingly honest used car salesman ( so not the typical gredy lying cheating type that you so often have heard about in the industry) I send anyone I know really wants to buy a van to him !!

My wife and I bought a Van from Jason and have had the best experience with him. I ask him question every so often and he always answers and helps me figure out a solution. His 24/7 customer service claim is not a joke.

After my experience buying a van from Jason, I feel really bad for those who didn’t. He is a Sprinter GENIUS and will save you so much time and money in the long run. Whether it’s the day you bought the van or months after, He will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you are a happy customer. I hopped in my new 140” and crushed the 40 hour drive back to NY with zero issues. You’re not just buying a van, you’re buying an amazing experience.

I had wanted a T1N Sprinter van to convert for vanlife for years. I came across one of Jason's (the owner's) postings on Craigslist and took a look. The van was great, but I couldn't close the deal at that time. Jason was very understanding. Flash forward about a year and I checked back in Jason regarding his inventory. He had another van available that was just what I wanted. This time I was able to close the deal. My van is a 2006 high mileage ex-FedEx fleet vehicle, so it does have minor issues pop up every now and then, but I always reach out to Jason and he is immediately helpful. He'll quickly send a video, voice note, or text to try to help get to the root of the problem to fix it. For example, I was on a drive late one night from San Jose to Marin and the check engine light went on. I was worried and pulled over and told Jason about what I was experiencing, thinking it may be an expensive problem. He was able to troubleshoot from LA and it turns out that it was the simplest/cheapest fix (a fuel line had come detached, and an $8 hose clamp from the nearest gas station fixed it). Another example is when a taillight went out and Jason mailed me the specific light bulb that I needed. I have countless other examples of Jason's reliability and dedication. His vans are not cheap, but they are priced fairly given the assistance he provides, long after you drive off the lot. As a solo female with no background working on cars, I feel safe driving my older van knowing that Jason is only a text away. Thanks Jason!

I've recently had the pleasure of dealing with Jason from Valley Auto regarding a sprinter van that I was interested in and I can tell you that he is an anomaly in the used car business. His level of professionalism, customer service and pride in the quality of vehicles he sells is second to none. Plus his passion for sprinter vans becomes obvious immediately. I highly recommend them
