There was a Caucasian Front clerk, helping me. She looked all annoyed that she was helping me, but didn't have that look to the Caucasian lady she was helping before me.

I had a package accidentically delivered to the wrong P.O. Box. Victor, the Supervisor at this branch went above and beyond to help make sure my package was recovered safely. Victor was in contact with me while the package was missing and made sure everything was done to recover the parcel and keep me informed. This package was irreplaceable and Victor made sure it was recovered. Thank you very much Victor and this USPS branch !

The lady at the front counter made me rip off the front sticker when she could have just printed a blank label or placed my shipping label over the preexisting one. She had me there for 10 minutes.Anna on the other hand was phenomenal and really helped out!Really depends on who you get.

It’s not located in the safest or cleanest spot in the city but it never fails me. The staff here has always been helpful. Bring a mask for the outside ambience lol

Tell me why the post office has zero stars for service. This was yesterday 10/5/23. There's a reason why our mailboxes are locked in the theft infested part of Panorama City but he stuffed my package in, door popped open, did not try to fix it and just left my mailbox open. The video can tell a better story. I think the morale of the postman is so low that they don't care about their job.

Standard post office experience. The white wasn’t very long. It actually wasn’t busy at all when I went, so check it out.

Small post office. But quick service . I was in and out pretty fast . No parking available for customers .
