I have been consistently working out(5-6days a week) and eating a low carb/low sugar/and low fat diet since October of 2022. I started my health Journey when I had Gastric Sleeve on July 2022. As of today I am down 110lbs. A big part of my journey is thanks to the Camp in Van Nuys ?. The camp is my workout family!

I used to come to this gym years ago and although very expensive, I loved it .They are misleading information to get you back in to the gym, only to not honor the advertised price .I received a message that clearly stated a promotion for a $20 month membership and that I needed an appointment to come in and talk about the deal .Came in, only to find out that this information was completely misleading as there are no plans for $20 for returning members.Extremely disappointed.

I love ALL the trainers here but the little boy in the front needs to learn some manners. He is very rude and disrespectful.

I never hold back and since trainers are not professional they act like they can lock you out after 7 minutes. I'm not paying individual trainers I'm paying the camp which is overpriced anyway compared to all gyms in the community and surrounding area that's number 1 number 2 I've had stuff stolen from here many times and the cameras are only for the for the business not for us customers and members of the gym just so you know so think twice before you join

I don't usually do reviews. I will rate this camp only one star.They only push people if you are part of a challenge or part of there friend groups.. they only motivate there friends and if you are part of a challenge lately they only post videos of members who are already fit and there forms are perfect show us the real thing the ones that are really putting in there work to meet there goals and they are on a weight loss journey.

Don't listen to the negative reviews! Former athlete looking for a push? Muscle group ? Really? Lol The workouts are specially design to help you build muscle and shred fat. People expect to see results right away but forget that along comes DISCIPLINE, DEDICATION AND DETERMINATION. I am currently doing another 5% BF challenge, this is my fourth time doing this over the last seven years. The camp has always been a great place to get my motivation into place and get me in the right track. I have been always pretty active all my life playing sports and running till this day. I recently had my second baby and finally made the time to come back. So far it's been amazing as always. I enjoy all the workouts. Like I said, takes times to get from A to B. Thanks to the camp I had been in the shape before at 15%BF and learned to do push-ups but of course that took time as you need to have great upper body strength. Now fast forward few years and two kids later,I'm determined to get back in shape not to look my best but to FEEL MY BEST. I am two weeks in and see a tremendous change.Again I'm pushing myself to eat healthy, challenging myself during the workouts by doing more reps/lifting heavier, doing the homework and using the gym as well. I know slowly I will happen but consistency is the key.

I loved the accountability however, I believe that the challenges are mostly for those that are beginners. If your looking for great cardio and to sweat do however if your looking to gain muscle and see results save your money. I joined the challenge thinking that this was the only option (fee) route to go in order to experience something like this. That's not the case. They offer this class to their members and the people who joined the challenge. No distinction in workouts from challengers and members. The trainers I had was great! The exercises were good However, if your looking for isolated muscle groups to be worked and see results for that group of muscles specifically this is not the challenge for you. I'm a former athlete and was looking for that push and I wanted to hurt afterwards but my expectations were too high.

I made an appointment . Took time off work for a 9:30 am appointment and no one showed up or answered their phone . I received text messages confirming the appointment. Not good business

Van Nuys location is closed on Sundays. It's incorrect on their website, Google, and Facebook. It wasn't until I showed up and had to call that I learned it was closed on Sundays. Just spreading the info! :)

I love the Camp, they give you an awesome meal plan to follow and they have the best trainers for all your work outs. If you really want to loose weight this is the place and it really works.

I signed up for the 21day challenge and I love it! I’ll be staying on and continuing with this awesome group that shows up everyday. Everyone from staff to the all the high energy coaches and the dedicated members that show up is the best way to start your day!
