Do not buy a phone here their phones don't work and they will sell them as new. They are very rude and unprofessional. I purchased a phone for my wife for which we had problems from day one. We called the 1st week after we purchased the phone to let them know and they informed us that it could be a bad sim card. This is a $600 plus phone we are talking about. We were told to bring the phone in so that the repair technician could take a look at it. We did as instructed and brought the phone back in. Mind you we live one hour away from this place. When we got there we were told that he was alone at the store and couldn't work on the phone because he had no one else to help him with clients coming into the store. This was during the middle of the week, there was no one in the store as far as clients. Us being reasonable thought ok we can come back. So we asked when should we bring the phone back again. The technician said he was going to give us a call and most likely by Friday of that week. Lidia who I believe is the owner called that same week and said to bring back the phone on Friday 3/18/16 for an exchange, but it was going to cost $50. We agreed but let her know we couldn't make it on Friday but would be there Saturday 3/19/16 and she said this was ok. We got there on Saturday Lidia told my wife there was nothing she could do because we were out of the 30days warranty. Are you serious! Lidia took the phone from my wife hands and when she wouldn't give it back. We said we were going to file a dispute with our credit card. Lidia said she was going to try to get the manufacturer to honor the warranty. My wife said ok keep the phone but give us a invoice that says, you are keeping it. Lidia would not give us an invoice and after all their lies we can't trust her. She could say we never came and left no phone. We asked for our money back and they would not, honor the warranty or exchange they offered. According to them because we were passed the 30 days warranty this after they were the ones to reschedules us and have us come back... What a joke! Pay attention here, we informed her that we brought the phone for repairs before and her technician couldn't help us, even when we were told to bring the phone, because he was alone at the store (waste of our time). Lidia said she wasn't there, so it didn't matter, she also proceeded to say that we didn't leave the phone and we didn't have the box with all items that came with the phone. Lidia was not there so how does she know this. We brought the box phone etc and was never told to leave the phone, but that we would get a call back. Lidia herself called but to offer an exchange and when we came back said we were out of luck! Are you kidding me! Seems like they dragged us pass the 30 days to steal our money, because that's what they did. Folks don't buy from this business. I'm hoping this review will help others. If they tell you to come back for repairs get it in writing or they will call you a liar and tell you it is your fault and now they can't help you!
