The manager was not very polite. She was not looking to offer customer service. I miss placed my receipt and I use my credit card. She was not trying to hear it. She wasn't trying to see my shoes. I will not buy shoes from this place again zero stars.

I purchased shows from Sports Town. Very uncomfortable. Refused to give refund or exchange. Very rude. I will never go back there. I have told my friends to never go there.
