Did not receive the great service mentioned in other reviews. I had a very simple tax return to file but unfortunately the accountant made an error and it was held for review. Initial service was good but immediately after, it was difficult to get a hold of someone on the phone (I let them know over text twice and they did not acknowledge my issue or call me), the few times I did speak to someone I had to explain my situation from the beginning and it felt like they didn't bother with the question I had from the previous conversation, the second to last time I spoke to them they had me email a letter to the owner and I thought they would finally be more helpful with next steps but he didn't even acknowledge it. The bad review isn't for the mistake but for how they handled it afterwards, would not recommend.
