Brand name clothes, low prices, although it takes a long time to find what you are looking for, they try to have things in their place but you still have to search patiently and I have been going to this store for years and it only happened to me once. I received a rude employee, but the others were very friendly. I recommend them.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience in this store from the manager and a cashier, I took some products to exchange and I did not have my receipt but the clothes had the original tags and I asked if I could exchange them that way and they told me yes, when I got to where The cashier, she was a very young girl of Asian appearance, did not understand my little English and I asked her if she could call someone who spoke Spanish. Her response was that she couldn't call anyone. I asked her if I could call the manager and she didn't want to do it either. At the exit there is a young Latin-looking boy and I asked him about the manager and he told me that he was in charge, I told him what happened and his response was that we were in the United States and that they had no obligation to speak in Spanish for him to return to me to Mexico and I told him but you receive money from many Latinos here who speak only Spanish and the store benefits from that, our money is worth as much as that of the people who speak English and I ended up running out of the store, I left very upset and said I think these types of employees are the ones that make big stores close because they don't provide good service to customers and little by little the businesses are ending, that's why we have to support our people with their ventures, the truth is. no desire to buy in these stores

I like Ross but this location I went to had very less options for mid size women. I could find M, L , XXL & XXL but finding a XL was tough.

You have 12 registers and 2 cashiers. I waited in line for 30 minutes to buy sheets. This is ridiculous. And 2 loss prevention people. You seem determined to make sure that nothing makes it out of your store, legally or illegally.

Less than cero star. Cashier refuse to give me a bag for my items that can brake if I drop them. I told him I have carpal tunnel on my hands and he didn’t care. I told them if I dropped them because my hands hurt I will return the items he said no it has to be I good condition. This idiots are so cheap like if is coming out of their pockets. He is probably taking them home and doesn’t have enough. Hispanic short guy.

Rude staff, they are just hiring anyone without any good customer service. I get it it’s a retail store those people simply don’t care for how they treat you because manager doesn’t prioritize customer service. They don’t “get paid enough for that”. Prevent from having a bad day by going to this Ross. It completely ruins your day.

The staff at this retail store are completely rude and helpless. They are seemingly hired without consideration for good customer service. Understandably, it's a retail environment, but some employees appear indifferent to how they treat customers, often citing inadequate compensation as a reason. It's best to avoid this Ross location to prevent a potentially negative experience that could affect your day.

No restrooms. My toddler had to go and so I ended up having to leave my things I were going to buy.
Manager should really think this through. Was told available restrooms are at the food stores which are across the plaza. Logically that’s very hard for parents to run across or get back in the car and then try to make it back to buy what they need to at Ross. At least make it available to paying customers if anything.
