OMG! Do NOT come here! Took the lady 30mins to DESTROY my eyebrows and it cost me $15. $15??!!! Gave her specific instructions in English AND Spanish. Still FAILED. Told her I wanted them Thin and Arched. Are EITHER one of my lopsided eyebrows Thin OR Arched? NOPE. Oh! And here is the kicker: as I go to pay she tells me "Cash Only". Mind you there are NO Cash Only signs ANYWHERE. So I had to go to the business next door to their ATM machine. Will definitely NOT be going here EVER again.

Called around 10am on a Friday and asked for a cut & color, explained I wasn’t out of work until 5 so I offered to come anytime available on Saturday or Sunday. The woman on the phone told me to come in at 5 that day and we confirmed cut & all over color. I drove 30 minutes in rush hour traffic to get there after work, only to be told that she couldn’t do my hair because 5 was too late!! Won’t be giving them business ever. Ended up going down the street to see Frank at Mayans in the Panorama mall and to my surprise it was one of the best color and cuts I’ve ever had! For only $80 too!

Called on a Friday at 10am and asked if they had time for a cut and color. I said I could do anytime after 5 today or I could come anytime on Saturday or Sunday. They specifically told me to come in at 5 and confirmed with me that I wanted a cut and all over color. I drove 30 min in rush hour traffic to get there and arrived at 5 only to be told it was too late for them to do a color so I'd have to come back another day for that. What a waste of time. Hard pass for me.

It was my first time coming to this place I really wanted a hair cut and I saw the reviews and they were really good so I went but when I got home I did my hair and it was just so uneven really bad hair cut I really got upset I wouldn't recommend no one to that place
