As many reviewers noted, I was able to Google search him and walk in the same day. His reception area is welcoming and staffed with friendly people. He was able to see me within 5 minutes and even evaluated the coin/gold/silver I brought right in front of me. Paul was the consummate gentleman and educated me on what I had as well. Instead of urging me to sell or save or other, he gave me options and indicated which he could help me with.
