Stopped in today for a primary care visit. Mary at the front desk was incredibly helpful with a problem that came up with our insurance. She went above and beyond, sitting on hold with and calling the nearly 5 different insurance lines we were re-directed about. I cannot say enough good things about her competence, perseverance, composure, generosity, and compassion. Doctor Barseghian came out to help and provide options as well as advice. Her attitude was so kind, gracious, and caring--you can tell that she is passionate about providing care to all. Her demeanor made the extremely difficult situation feel not so dire. We will be back soon and look forward to being cared for by such a kind and compassionate staff.

That is my primary doctor’s office, I was introduced to the weight loss program using the Ozempic injection. They have carefully kept an eye on me weekly. I go in there for my weight and measurements. Checking vitals and follow up with the doctors. It’s been wonderful their very friendly prompt to listen to any situation, you may be facing. For me because they are my primary doctors. Of course it’s to see if anything is going on other than the weight loss program. I highly recommend this clinic. They are patient and address all issues very thoroughly. The attending nurse Jenny is an amazing person, very caring & quick to assist the patients with anything beyond her duties to help.Can’t say enough about the whole team there!!!❤️

walked-in last Monday because of a very painful boil to grew in a me to humiliating to mention. anyway, being a new patient i had to complete answering their documentation which has always been annoying. but after all that, upon meeting with that clinics female MD. I became a little relaxed. She was so soft spoken, nice and very gentle during my physical examination of my condition. the front staff was also nice. i would recommend them. thank you.

Wednesday*:1/24*//2024*:I had a wonderful visit with Doctor SOHEILA TORABI ?? ??.She is KIND, UNDERSTANDING, THOROUGHLY Professional: KNOWLEDGEABLE*: as well as, GENTLE*, and COMPASSIONATE*:She NEVER TALKED DOWN to me, she maintained EYE CONTACT with me, at ALL TIMES: she NEVER* made me feel "*Lesser*", about myself,She treated me with RESPECT*, and, as a REAL Human Being, with thoughts, and FEELINGS*, and EMOTIONS*:She explained EVERYTHING* to me, and answered all my questions.Incidentally*:She gave me THE MOST* GENTLE*** Breast Exam I have ever experienced, and TOTALLY* took my FEAR* AWAY*, about that.I appreciate her, and I am very GRATEFUL* to her, for her KIND*, and SOLICITOUS**** attention to me.She made me feel as if SHE REALLY CARED***, about ME*, Claudia*, as a Person, with thoughts, feelings, FEARS*, and EMOTIONS***.I will be MORE than happy to see her, again.THANK YOU, Doctor TORABI*:YOU are THE BEST***:?????? ??????MOST SINCERELY*, and GRATEFULLY ??? ?????(MISS) Claudia Chasman.

this business not only talks smack to almost every single patient they get but when i posted a review letting them know that i was concerned about the review the back lashed by calling me "karen" first off , your supposed to be helping your patient not talking down & all they do is talk down ;( 2nd fyi im an influencer so ya im gonna tell my peeps how it is & them responding so negitive proves my point ;) so please for those that need help no matter what it is stay away from this joke of an urgent care cause all they will do is treat you bad then talk smack to you in the end. theres so many good urgent carws out there you all. xxx

Absolutely impressed with the service at Panorama Urgent Care! The staff was incredibly efficient, friendly, and made me feel at ease despite the urgency of my visit. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and the waiting time was minimal. Dr. Victoria were thorough in her examination and took the time to explain everything. Panorama Urgent Care is now my go-to place for prompt and reliable medical attention. Highly recommended.

I was coming to panorama urgent care for years and I was always impressed with doctors specially Dr. Torabi and Dr.Barsegh.Then I had to move out of state for the last few years. I never got the same care In any offices. Doctors were seeing me for 5 minutes and done.!!!I’m recently back to California and drove long distance to be seen at Panorama urgent care. Some of the staff are new but still all are caring and professional. I just feel safe with them so I decided to write a short review from bottom of my heart.

I was about to go to this urgent care but seeing the horrible reviews it's not what the patients are saying it's what the company is saying to their own patients again keyword if it wasn't for these patients these poor patients that are going to their clinic due to being sick being too hurt they would not be open and in return this company is talking such bad things to them it's a disgrace this place should be shut down you guys have such a bad mouth I feel sorry for you I am so thankful that Google allows us to read the reviews and post stuff on your companies because again I hope to God you guys get shut down please people don't ever go to this place allow them to get shut down they are a disgrace to society!!!!!

Front staff a blonde girl was great. Really nice. I just didn’t like doctor. He didn’t seem too interested in what I was telling him about my 2 year old and I was hoping to get antibiotics but he told me to just use over the counter meds which I was already doing. I ended going to the er 3 day’s later.
