The cashier Maria had the doors closed at 7 12 and the website says 8 pm so they should honor the hours. Horrible service!!!!

I’m always shopping in this store love their clothes every time they have new fashion sexy clothes for 2 X and I love the staff so friendly specially Vanessa she’s so nice friendly she even knows my name. Love the way she treats the customers with a big smile.

I got the best customer service from a extremely helpful and professional girl named Vanessa. She was completely nice with me I loved her fashionable knowledge. I ended up buying 3 outfits thanks to her amazing suggestions. I definitely recommend this store it’s the best Panorama mall has to offer. Totally satisfied with her excellent service it was a wonderful experience.

Why Mode Teen you can try clothing but not on this store? Isn't that discrimination? Or is it because they are to lazy to do a actually job they were hired and they see it has easy money and work so little for it. They need to hired new personnel and a manager who won't discriminate plus sizes women like me. Open the fitting rooms for the paying customer.

Worst experience ever haven't been here in a while but now you can ONLY try on 6 items wish I would of know that before I tried on anything...I did get a dress but I can't exchange it because I tried it on wow! I will never shop here again

The lady with blonde hair, that works here is not friendly at all. I asked a simple question if I can use the fitting room and she could have just said “no” but the way she responded with such attitude and rolled her eyes. It was horrible and I felt so uncomfortable. This was my first time at this store, and I would never recommend or come back again. I’m not sure who’s the manager but she specifically needs to be trained again in customer service.After reading the reviews, it’s obvious the employees are rude and nothing has been done to change that. Don’t come to this store unless you want to be treated with disrespect.

2018 I discovered this place and I was hooked immediately I want to Give a Specail Shout out to VANESSA!! Who has always been so polite to me always giving me good tips on out fits and I always love her ideas she is amazing!! Out of all the times I've gone there I have always been satisfied and she is a sweet amazing person the store is amazing it is my go too I've spent 400$ in one purchase before along with many other purchases and I will continue to shop there I love it its the only place I can shop for clothes I actually feel amazing in !! ???

Went in today. The two young women on duty were not friendly. One of the women started yelling very loud and cursed alot. She was upset about something, but still unprofessional. When she rang up my blouse she didn't say anything but the price, not even a simple thank you. I don't think I'll be returning to that mode plus

I must say that the employees here are astonishingly rude and nasty to the customers! I have never been treated with such disrespect in a store - it was shocking to say the least. We will NEVER shop here again!!
