NEVER to use them again. I use this because I was recommended by a friend. First they are not accurate in scheduling when to pick up the BBBox. Second, they let you wait the entire day.... by setting you aside....telling you that they are a little too far and will come on their way back to LA. Now the big issue is ..... Three of my boxes were picked second week of October 2018 These should be delivered at least (the most) before Christmas. Now it's 3 months already. I called so many times to follow up the status of my boxes. I'm losing my patience.....they are not even returning my calls. Are they still exist? What happened? Please let us know the status!!!!!!! FYI: By the way, I send another box to different company first week of November and my family received it already a week ago. Please advise at your very earliest convenience!!!! Nakaka dala using this company. Lorns
