$100 for my Labrador retriever, not a bad price at all! I needed my dog groomed really badly and they were a lifesaver for me, when Petco couldn’t groom my dog because she’s 14 years old.Carlos was amazing and came right on time! He gave me tips & tricks on how to keep her shedding low and showed me how to properly pick my baby up. He let me watch and even though I live in an apartment (my balcony, faces the parking lot) we made it work! I can’t wait to bring her back!Her coat feels so much softer now & she doesn’t stink

Be careful bringing your dog here. I just brought my husky in for an express wash the day after her yearly exams / bloodwork / dental cleaning at the vet. She was in perfect health. After the groom she developed a horrific skin infection. Open sores and all. In all 8 years having her she’s never ever had a skin issue. I believe she got the infection at this business as it was the only thing we did outside of her normal routine. Very sad and disappointed to see her going through this. Not to mention the additional 300 dollars at the vet the week after receiving a perfect bill of health from the doc. She has never looked more uncomfortable ?

I have been going to Lucky Dog Pet GROOMING FOR over 2 years now. I just took my two dogs for grooming this week I got to experience the best service for my dogs. The staff is really friendly and very professional at what they do. I would recommend Lucky dog Pet Grooming in Panorama City to everyone in the area that owns dogs. Best service in the area.

I have taken my dog here several times by now, and my dog has never looked better. Out of all the grooming shops I have tried in the past, he's the happiest when he leaves Lucky Dog so as long as my dog is happy I'm happy! The entire lucky dog team treats us like family, and most importantly treats my dog like their own. I have recommended Lucky Dog to my entire family, and none of us have any problems.

Best grooming shop in the valley. Brought my husky in for a bath and deshed and I mean what can I say he has never smelled or looked better before definitely going to be a returning back very soon already made my next appointment for next month thanks lucky dog!!!

I dropped my German Shepard husky mix assured she would get a bath, de-shed, nails trimmed and ears cleaned. As the lady working there "Taylor" had mentioned because of her breed she will shed alot but I clearly paid for this service of deshedding and when I came home I saw there was still excess hair, which I had to brush out. Im sorry but if im paying for this service I shouldn't have to do it myself. Then Taylor tried saying if I were to take my dog back to get the problem "fixed" she would still charge me more. I left a tip with these people thinking they would've done better. Heads up! Don't tip until you see your dog! Not to mention this service took 4 hours and this pile of hair isn't all that I got out, this business is not worth a 5 stars nor the tip I gave. completely insane.Update: One thing I'll never accept is disrespect. The fact I even tipped your company and to have a petty response like this shows your character. Second if you guys can't deshed huskies just say that! Like you said it could've been communicated but nope just money hungry. Profanity said wasn't even mentioned towards your staff it was mentioned in a conversation that I had been talking to my husband about the customer service and I quote "that's f*%#^ ridiculous". I have witnesses also since you were on speaker Taylor, You said if I were to go back and get the deshed and paw pads issue fixed it would be extra charge ! DO NOT try to ever say I didn't want to fix the problem. Because I did but as soon as you mentioned extra charge on top of 80$ PAID for FOUR hours is ridiculous. And if your a customer thinking about bringing your dog here just look at the way they responded to me + tried lying saying they would fix the issue for free. Rookie mistakes @ the owner. Get your employees in check. The dude at the front didnt even want to be there and to say I could've asked well wasn't even an option considering his responses were short and he seemed out of it.
