Every time I go here I'm disappointed. I've been going for 3 1/2 years because it's basically the only place I can go to ship things to the Philippines. At first it was OK I guess but then they started randomly selectively enforcing their policies about checking packages and what can be shipped and what cannot be shipped. I have yet to see them search the package of a Filipino but because I'm Caucasian they think I'm a criminal? it's only a matter of time before LBC gets a nice big fat class action lawsuit for this kind of double standard and treatment. They lost my business and if there's ever a lawsuit, I will be right there suing them along with everyone else I'm tired of the way they treat Caucasians.

The LBC Driver is rude. He blocked my number after he texted me that he wanted to pick up my box at an earlier time and I was not able to reply to him right away. I texted and called him up several times but he blocked me. He did not arrive at the scheduled time for pick up. Fire this man because he is not fitted for the job! He is lazy and very manipulative!!! Blocking the cellphone number of a customer is not right! He is very unprofessional and unreliable. For sure he did this several times to some customers. Why wont he follow the assigned schedule for pick up and why did he make his own schedule? The worst thing, he blocked a customer's number for not replying to him immediately! If you cannot handle stress in that job then find another job because you ruined the reputation of the company! Make sure to find this driver and fire him!

I've used this LBC branch for many years now and not had one single problem wether it's Money remittance or a box shipment. Once an extra large box shipped in early Jan got to its destination, Dasmarinas, Cavite in 3 wks!!! Employees are polite and responsive and go the extra mile for customers in helping with packaging or whatever else may be the problem. Thank you to all of you!

Customer service is top-notch. If you don't have a box, they will box your items for you. The only downside is the speed of delivery due to the pandemic.

This panorama branch make me really upset this is the only branch na hnd nila ginagawa work nila imagine nagpadala kmi ng 11/27/21at ang sabi in 12/2 is maship na ang packge namin then nung tina track nanamin there's no update. so tumawag kmi ng costumer service guest what happened guys our package is still in their ware house and processing paraw so sino hnd ma upset sa lbc panorama na ito ni wala sila update to call us to email us imagine cargo air kaya kmi nagpalada para mabilis pero hnd i am really disappointed and upset on this lbc panorama los angeles na ito.
