I experienced the best service ever at this location!!! I have been to other furniture stores that don’t answer questions and/or don’t work around their sales to give you what you are looking for. At this location the staff really works with you and helps you financially. They are literally there to help you in ever way!! I have no complains at all and not bad feed back! I would 100 percent recommend this place!! They worked around their sales for me to get what I was looking for and went home happy with a great deal. Make this place your first stop you will not regret!!

Julio the manager seems nice up front however the poor quality of the furniture is undeniable. My family and I have purchased several bedroom and dining sets and the quality is lacking. The only long lasting set I have purchased from this place was actually an Ashley’s brand bedroom set. We paid cash for our furniture therefore he did not care that the dining set bench broke within months of purchase. I brought this up to Julio over the phone and he got defensive and gave disrespectful service. Very stressful to deal with.

It was my first time ever visiting the LA Furniture Center, and I wasn’t even expecting to buy anything, just to search and price my options for a dinning room table. However Mike and Julio were very friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish, and I ended up walking out with an en even better deal than I could’ve imagined to refurbish my living room, kitchen AND bedroom. They are very explanatory on your options from furniture and options on payment depending on your credit. They even make very helpful suggestions if you’re unsure how to pick your furniture setting to match your home’s style best.I wasn’t sure I’d be able to refurbish my place in time before the holiday season but with Mike and Julio’s help, we can invite family over and have a wonderful holiday season in our new home! We will be recommending their services to all friends and family looking for a great deal on beautiful, high quality furniture. We can’t thank you guys enough!

Julio the store manager has a good customer service, explains everything at the store in details . Happy and gives time for his customers to make an informed choice- no rushing for him. He cares for his customers. Happy and friendly manager. I recommend the store to anyone.

(Van Nuys location) First off, I walked in and they were not very welcoming. When I finally got “serviced” I found a potential sectional and got it ordered. I was told that my sofa had a “rush” shipment and would be delivered in five days…that was a lie. Days passed and I haven’t received an update, so I called a day before my delivery date just for them to tell me that the material was out of stock and won’t be delivered until the following month. I immediately went back to get my refund! Before moving forward with my order, they should have confirmed whether or not the material was even in stock. I will never recommend this location due to their lack of organization! I hope they improve their communication skills between themselves and the manufacturer they work with.
