Panorama is my favorite branch. Customer service is beyond excellent. Pinky is efficient, trustworthy, friendly and very knowledgeable. She knows her craft, may it be packing and accounting. I will always patronize this branch.

Staff in LA Vermont branch is very rude and not helpful.. And i called a week after to follow up my package, i was calling for over 45 mins, i started ringing at 1615 and nobody even picked up the phone. Very poor service!
