The lady at the front desk locks the door to keep out customers. She ignores you during business hours . She shouldn't be there. H & R Block should hire people who actually want to work and be there. Description of the lady is older lady( 55 - 65) , white hair , glasses, dark skin. I just had one question too, but I will go elsewhere from now on

Don't come here or any of their branches. Two CORP tax messed up our business taxes twice! It's unbelievable! Our 2019 taxes are still not fixed which we thought we fixed over a year ago. This is ridiculous! Just go somewhere else because we are still dealing with it til today.

There were errors in my W2 forms, which incorrectly said that I earned two and a half times the amount in 2020 than I did the previous year. When I gave all the documents to the H&R representative, I informed her of the errors. I then requested all the documents so that I could contact the employers. She failed to give me three of them. When I went back for the documents, two had disappeared, but she denied that they had been lost. After discussing the matter, it became obvious they were not about to admit their errors, so I took my documents and left.
