Michael is high in demand for a reason!!!The first associate seem rather inexperienced in handling customer service, he didn't come back to reassure or give any news. So I had to seek someone else who just happened to be helping another customer, unfortunately, Michael was seemingly short-handed with the intercom and radio constantly calling him.. I appreciate that Michael in Hardware has good range of experience to assess what I need and what is a good resolution. He helped me with my issue and ensured the chair was somewhat repaired. He took the time to focus on what's in front of him. I am grateful he was able to help me and many people in shift manner.

Plenty of parking. Clean working restrooms. They now have a self-serve key making machine. It's just to the left of the check-out. I've used this machine several times and I've never been disappointed. The machine will even make a copy key of "DO NOT COPY" keys.

Worst experience ever!!! Horrible! Install was supposed to happen over two week ago. So many problems. So many wasted hours. They cancel. They run out of time. They do not have the stacking kit even though it should have came together. Still it is not installed!!! Terrible!! Order from someone else!!!!

Waited an hour for someone to help with cutting machine, announced 4-5 times and no one showed upA nice lady also called manager and she said on the way will be here in 10 minutes but waited 15 minutes again but …1 star is too much!

I placed an order for a kitchen base to be delivered, but the person who took my order seemed completely unaware of the delivery process. They assured me that I would receive my order within two days. However, I find myself waiting the entire day for the delivery, which was scheduled, but 3:30pm just find out (called the store) they will only deliver within a 12-hour window. It's frustrating because I work night shifts at the hospital, and it's surprising that the salesperson didn't inquire about my availability. It's evident that the staff at this Home Depot location lacks awareness of what's happening in the store. This experience has been highly disappointing, especially considering it was my first time opting for battery and sport home delivery from Home Depot.

NAVID !!! OMG this guy is the only one that works at this Home Depot everyone passed the buck until it came to this guy's gift in customer service.Navid went above and beyond to help me and when he couldn't he made sure another store could appease my request. This guy should be trained to run this whole store very hard worker. NAVID ONLY ONE THAT WORKS AR THIS LOCATION.

Luis and his team of supervisors are so lazy. My friend needed something unlocked, and 3 employees were sitting having fun at being carelss. It took them more than 10 minutes to get help after my friend requested again. Then Luis said to my friend that he couldn't answer his questions although he never said that he had a question. He only needed help to open the locker. And still yet Luis kept repeating the same sentence that he doesn't know anything about the items. When I wanted to complain, he said that he was one of the supervisors. The other employees who were sitting were supervisors as well. It looks like Home Depot is going to fall apart by this kind of management.

Don’t waste your money here. There are many other places you can spend your hard earned money with n such place that doesn’t train employee properly and managers just don’t care for there job at all. Lowe’s is 100 times better, contractors warehouse is a great place,Whitecap. Do your best to stay away please

Tried to get a flooring installation done. Started the process and paid a $50 deposit for the install. Scheduled and did the measurement within 3 days, but did not hear back from them for the next 2 weeks. At some point, there was a scheduled window for a call to go through the flooring quote, but they missed it and did not follow up.When I tried contacting them, I was rerouted multiple times between different departments (measurement and flooring are apparently separate and hardly communicate with each other).At the end of the day, almost 3 weeks after I initiated the process, I ended up having to cancel the order and eat the $50 deposit I paid. Would not attempt to do flooring with Home Depot again.
