Awesome place to donate

Don’t bother scheduling a pickup unless you have only a couple of bags, even if you inform them ahead of time what exactly you have. The driver refused to take my donation which was potentially several hundred if not over $1000 in potential revenue because ‘he’s not a moving company.’ Had to load it all into my car with multiple trips to Goodwill. I had waited 3 weeks for this pickup appointment and ended up having to do it all myself anyway. Zero stars.

I scheduled a pick up for small items, clothes etc. The lady on the phone was nice but a little hard to understand. A truck came & the driver looked at a few items & said he couldn't take it all. 2 bags of clothes light, scale & misc items , & 2 small boxes of dishes. He wouldn't take dishes because he said his truck was full. It was practically empty & I mentioned it. He said he was scheduled to go to Encino & that we were not part of his route. He needed all the extra room for Encino. I guess our donations aren't worth as much as Encinos. This was first time I used them & this will be last.

I always receive a phone call to inquire if I have anything to donate, which is a pleasant reminder for me. This is a top-notch charity.

Helpful and efficient. I called left a message, they called back with a date and they came and took everything on our porch. Couldn't have been any easier.
