Had this car for 22days and sooooo many issues. Now I should have took it as a red flag when the owner said “we get so many bad reviews, can you put a good review “ ABSOLUTELY NOT. First day of me driving after I bought the car and was driving home my sensor lights came on , and now my engine light is on , radio didn’t work and fell out and needed to be replaced on the first day, my subwoofers and tweeters are busted, the passenger seat doesn’t move forward or backwards, convertible top broken, the gas pedal stops working, the passenger side door doesn’t close fully(my 6 year old daughter almost fell out because of it) the door literally swung open while I was driving on the freeway and my baby could of died because of the lies of what these people told me and the unawareness on my end because I trusted these people . Windows don’t close fully, water gets in my car thru the dash board and leaves my floors completely soaked! Lights inside don’t work, my one of my lights in the back are out, my front lights don’t work unless I have them on their brights, rust everywhere, and my hubcaps were calling off and the guy didn’t even give me back one of the hubcaps that fell off. And the nerve to the woman to say “it’s a safe car , I got it for my daughter” and knowing I have a little girl, (my first time getting a car from a dealership) letting me buy a car that’s not DEFINITELY NOT worth almost 6k. Considering the paperwork I signed, there’s so much on the paperwork that doesn’t show all the issues it has . Thank god I’m dating a lawyer at the moment because I will be getting him involved. Plus I’m pretty popular on media as well so this place is going to be exposed. There’s lemon laws that protect us considering the paperwork that was signed. Remember it’s California, we can sue for anything and this one I think holds it’s place pretty well on it’s evidence ??♀️ I had good intentions for this business but definitely don’t recommend this place for ANYONE!! Y’all need to stay away if you want a safe car for yourself or your family because this place is definitely not it. GOODLUCK

Beware! This is a bait and switch company. I completed my purchase with them and paid everything correctly, including registration, on the purchase agreement. Approximately one month later, they contacted me, informing me that they had my registration, but I now had to pay an additional $178 for them to release it to me. I contacted the DMV directly, and was informed that the registration was paid correctly and I did not owe any money. I was able to go the the DMV directly to pick up a copy of my registration. I informed Happy Auto Group of this. Although I paid everything according to my purchase agreement and the DMV informed me that my registration was paid, Happy Auto insisted that I pay them this mystery $178 and that on top of that, they would be adding another $100 and sending to collections. I have reported them to the California Bureau of Consumer Affairs.

All in price is not an all in price. They told me I would get a call about when my title and plates arrived and months later I had to call to find out. They didn’t want to mail them to me unless I wanted to pay for fedex. Once I arrived I had to pay another couple hundred for the title or they wouldn’t give it to me even though when we did the contract it was the all in cash price… crooked way to make more off people.

Made an appt to come check out a car. Drove 50 min to get there because it seemed like a good deal. When I arrived the car was under an awning with the passenger seat removed and they were doing god knows what (said they were cleaning it up for me, but I feel like that should have already been done since they knew I was coming and I even showed up 15 min late). Before I even take it out for a test drive, I notice that one of the radio knobs is missing and the interior looks way more beat up than in the photos. Sales guy assures me they can take get a new knob, but again shouldn't this have already been handled? Pop the hood to check things out- looks fine until I start checking the fluids and found that there was literally no oil in the engine. Dip stick came up dry- even checked it again and showed the sales guy. He just shrugged. Left immediately at that point.

I want to happy auto group, approximately 4 years ago and they were very professional and kind, courteous and polite. Since then I have bought seven vehicles from them and any problems that I may have had they took care of immediately, I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I have sent various customers to them. Great deal ! Very professional. I was a first time buyer and they were able to help me with a low interest rate. I bought a 2017 Honda Accord . Excellent car at such a great price Im very happy with my purchase I highly recommend this dealership for any buyer .
