Many thanks to Hals Club service. I am grateful for Evelio who is an absolute professional! My car is lowered and not easy to load but Evelio did it with ease. He was so good I even requested him the next day when my shop couldn't fix my car and had to tow it back to my house. I had to jump through hoops to get AAA to dispatch him but it didn't matter - I was hell bent on getting Evelio again because he knows what he's doing!!!I highly recommend Hals Club and especially Evelio!!

Disappointing to see the previous reviews online of displeasure with this company, therefore, it felt necessary to share my positive experience. I have AAA roadside service. I had a tow truck driver named Rick, who called to give me his ETA and very puncture arriving. I explained my concern about the concrete lip on the driveway causing my vehicle to scrape if it was towed from the driveway and suggested that maybe the car should coast down the driveway out to the street before hooking it up to the tow truck to avoid such an issue. Rick was very attentive in adjusting the height to avoid that from happening. Rick was very friendly and spoke with a charming smile and he reviewed the notes given to drop it off at the mechanics shop for repair. Very satisfied with the process completed in a timely fashion.

Worst service ever... since AAA referred me to them, the receptionist called me and questioned me about the address that I was going to tow my car, saying that my membership didn't cover that kind of service(I was requesting them to towed my car to my home address) my car got hit by another car that just ran away, that happened around the corner of my house, I was trying to get home, but the other car hit my car at the front right side tire, so I couldn't make it home and my car stopped working on the middle of the street by my house... all that I wanted was to move my car inside my driveway, but the driver from the tow truck said that he couldn't take it to my driveway with his towing truck, it was on Sunday night before the Labor Day, and the guy tell us that he could tow my car to their facility and I could go the next day and take my insurance towing truck to the place I was going to get my car fixed, he made us filled a paper with the car information, we asked him if we we were going to get charge for storage the car at their facility, he answered that he wasn't sure how much did they charge per day, he said about $70 per day... OK, the day we went to pick up the car. They charge us $575 for everything. Something that he didn't tell us, they never gave us a receipt for that payment... and they cancelled my call from AAA... so they just took advantage of us. I called AAA for the service since I get a membership with them and the whole service, supposed to be free... so how come are they charging me $575????!!!! I know it's not AAA, it's them Hal's place...

After reading some of these reviews you would think AAA would stop using them. I called for help with a battery they send a tow truck the gentleman was great he told me he called and got someone to help me with the battery but the battery person Justin was extremely rude and basically telling me it would take even longer to help me to make me change my mind about the service. So rude

Horrible, horrible, horrible! AAA needs to contract companies that want to actually work. After waiting an hour for the tow I requested I got a call saying Moe Hassan wouldn't be able to get to me until 3 to 4 hours more.

Chris came out yesterday and tested my battery and told me it needed to be replaced so I agreed on the $250 battery and after he was completed he started it and everything good. This morning I got in and started my truck up and no electronics, windows dash turn signals AC etc. I called them back out and they basically told me nothing they could do and take it to a mechanic. Tried to communicate with their dispatcher but he wouldn't answer call. Talk to manager Moe and so far no response. This company is suppose to represent AAA with reliability and customer service what happened? I just called community Chevrolet and they said they are booked until Monday and it's a minimum $250 to look at my truck. All of this hassle just for a battery. Don't use these guys, if something goes wrong they will not call you back. I will contact AAA also for contract review.

After we found our car battery dead, Hal's sent out Yonathan to help us. We were hoping to not be late to where we were going, and Yonathan worked fast and efficiently. Everything went smoothly, he was very pleasant and happy to chat while doing the work. Couldn't be happier with the service, speed, and price!

Chris from hals was very professional and helped explain the procedure and reasoning forBattery testing. He was quick at installing both batteries for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this young man for all your batteries' needs. Chris from Hals Club is the best . Personally I think Chris needs a raise..

I had the pleasure of having Yonathan from Hal's Club Service assist me with a flat tire, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Yonathan was not only friendly and professional but also lightning-fast and efficient. Thanks to him, I can now enjoy my weekend plans without any worries. Highly recommended!

Horrible service, was sent to them from AAA after waiting for a tow for 2 hrs, one of their representatives calls me to tell me that it will be an additional 2-3 hrs. I tell him that I will reach AAA to have them send a different provider and the person from HAL’S cancelled my service request and told AAA that I decided to cancel the service. Horrible experience with this towing company!

I called Triple A because I had a flat tire on my Sienna van. I was so impressed that Christopher came within 10 minutes. He was so professional and polite! He had my tire changed within no time! What service!
