Hello.I will tell you all my experience with this business. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. IF YOU WANT TO GO TO A BUSINESS THAT HANGS UP ON YOU AND SAYS COME GET YOUR FUCKING STARTER GO AHEAD I dropped off my starter to be prepared. The owner said we will check it and let you know how much. I said clearly before you do anything let me know. he said ok. No one called me. when I called the next day. He said it is ready .come and pick it up .you owe me $150. I said why he said. Thats it. I told him no you said you will let me know. He said I don't have time for this kicking bull shit. Come and get your starter. SO RUDE.SCAMMER.NOT HONEST. YOU'RE CHOICE IF YOU WANT TO GO TO SUCH A BUSINESS.

BEWARE. Obnoxious ignorant owner. Dropped by for an oil change for a 2007 civic; he wanted to charge me $80. I laughed in his face and told him NO THANKS. He yelled something in Arabic. False advertising and unprofessional.

My tags were up for renewal and needed a smog check,found this business listed in Google ,got there it was super busy talked to the owner said to come by later,returned 2 hours later drove up and boom done ,less than 15 mins,also price was awesome,no ripping you off like other businesses. Highly recommend ,very friendly staff.

I found them by there large sign Smog Check by just driving around, the stalls were full with alot of cars all different makes, I was taken in at once, I sat in the waiting room and was given my paperwork, was treated friendly, professional, and courteous! There price was excellent!! I drive a Merecedes Im now on my way to tripple A to get my new tags, and registration. What impressed me the most was as busy as they were, they took me in right away, no appoinment, got me out in such a short time, they had earned my business, as I will return!!! Gentleman keep up your excellent service, and very fair priceing!!! JR.

Took my car to get a smog check. Everything was ready to go but I didn't notice a burnt light bulb in the dashboard until the tech pointed it out, so it failed the smog check due to visual inspection. I fixed the light bulb and went back same day about an hour later and they charged me again. Would've appreciated just paying the difference. I asked him if he needed to charge me twice and if that made him feel better, he said it did make him feel better. I feel ripped off.

Their starter/alternator rebuild service is extremely expensive and not worth it. I recently had a starter rebuild which cost me $105. Later that day, I found new ones on rockauto for $70-90. When I got the starter back, he told me I need a new battery because the starter was "burnt" and he wouldn't be able to honor the 1 year warranty if I bring it back in "burnt" condition. My battery (and alternator) has been perfectly fine ever since I owned the car and any mechanic will be able to tell you that a battery has nothing to do with a starter burning out unless the battery is weak and you are trying to crank the engine for hours nonstop. Keep in mind, he never even saw my car. I drove the starter motor to him. Obviously, anyone who brings a starter in to get rebuilt is going to bring it in non-working or "burnt out" condition. Nobody just rebuilds their starter as preventative maintenance. I also asked him how much they charge to rebuild alternators, he responded $125. I almost wanted to laugh. Alternators are even cheaper.

Went in for a oil change everything went great, great customer service very friendly as well. Went back again to get more work done. I'm very satisfied with their service, Thank you I highly recommend this place.

I do not believe for all of those negative reviews. I came to them asked for help and they did it right away. The wait was not bad at all. NNo pain whatsoever and the price is right! This is amazing ... I find a new place to service my car.

Wow. These people REALLY do NOT want your business! Called to find out whether or not they need to go in your car or not since we are not comfortable with that right now due to covid. His response was to tell me to go some place else!!!! Wow. Sorry I bother you sir by throng to pay you for a service. Wow.

I bought a rebuilt starter from this company on Ebay. I Emailed the company within a week of installing and told them I was having issues with the "rebuilt" starter, and asked what should I do. His response was to get with the insurance I bought for it first and see what they do. Of course insurance (Square Trade) rejects because they say it should still be under warranty with Grand Rebuilders Inc. Within 60 days when the starter went completely out, I notified GR again and after a few emails, he finally decided to refund my money. He emailed me a "prepaid shipping label" and i boxed up the starter and set out for postman. We have on camera the postman scanning and picking it up. Somehow, Tracking never shows up in the system. I've been working with our postman to find the box and have launched an investigation but we believe the label sent to me could be a fraud or bad shipping label to avoid refunding money on the starter. During the investigation, I also found out that the tracking number tied to that label shows the weight of 1 oz when actual weight of starter is probably at least 5 lbs. I believe it was a scam and they are not doing anything to help me resolve this. I've sent multiple emails and all i'm getting is the run around.

I needed to have my car smogged before renewing my tags and found a groupon for this shop. I called for an appointment (same day was available), arrived up a little early and was on my way home in 20 minutes. The waiting area was clean with plenty of chairs. Levon was professional, friendly and accepted the groupon without issue. There was a gal having her car serviced and I could tell by the way he treated her that they genuinely value their customers. I highly recommend Grand Auto Center.

Quoted me $85 for a starter rebuild when I can buy a rebuilt one for $67 without even returning the core which I can sell for $15-25. This kind of service should be $40. Would avoid these guys in general. Buy your starter online.
