Manager in this goodwill outlet is very unprofessional and disrespectful dealing with customers, he will humiliate customer in front of everyone in the store (with his very loud voice and almost shouting) telling you to leave the bin or the store without explaining what they did. Without a doubt, there are numerous approachable ways to inform them that their actions were wrong. One more thing, they’re auctioning almost everything at a very higher price that no one can’t afford, most of the people who go there are trying to make a living but everything is sorted and you can’t find anything valuable anymore.

A smaller outlet but they some good media bins and the staff was friendly. The people that shop at this location are pretty awful though

The manager has been known to humiliate customers. He believes that talking down to people is an effective way to assert his authority and win arguments. Recently, a customer witnessed Ramon, the manager, shouting at a minor and threatening to call security to have them removed from the store for a trivial reason. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store's reputation.

big facility with so many patrons, but no restrooms? unbelievable and cruel to customers. Go to this place dehydrated is what they are promoting.

The place is disorganized, with bins full of stuff. The prices are probably good, if you want to dig through the piles.

The staff think they are rolling out military tanks with those bins. Be prepared to catch an elbow from the piranhas that surround the bins. Also - wear gloves.

You can pick up clothes for everyday life. I brought two pairs of pants, three shirts and a cap to work. Two T-shirts. It came out to $18. Quite normal.
